The newly opened Roda Resort is an upscale golf and leisure development that is managed by the De Vere Hotels group. It comprises the magnificent Dave Thomas par 72 course and a private beach club which is located on the beautiful Mar Menor. Our apartment is furnished with everything you could possibly require and can accommodate a family of 5 easily (having 3 grandkids we know how hard it normally is to sleep 5) or 4 golfing buddies sleeping in separate beds!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Daily rates available for short breaks weekends etc at £65 per day.
Rates based on occupancy of 5. For additional people please add £20 per person for laundry costs.
Changeover day
Changeover is normally on a Saturday but we can also accommodate short weekend golf breaks.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed with side cabinets and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with single bunk over, drawer unit and built-in wardrobe. Additionally the lounge sofabed can sleep 2. |
| Bathrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a marble en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over. House bathroom also in marble has a shower cubicle. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated cooker, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all small electrical appliances. |
| Living Rooms: | The well furnished lounge/dining room includes a leather sofabed which can sleep 2 people. A flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player, together with CD player provides your entertainment together with an extensive collection of games etc. |
| Other: | A storage room in the underground parking area contains 2 sets of golf clubs in case you don't want to bring your own. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linens, towels and pool towels are provided with a mid stay change for 2 week rentals. |

Coast/Beach
A free shuttle bus takes guests to the ferry on the Mar Menor for a short ride across to a private beach resort. This is a fabulous day out and a must do, even for golfers! The Beach Club has a restaurant and bar, a supervised swimming pool with jacuzzi, solarium, changing rooms with lockers, etc… all for the benefit of the owners and residents of Roda Golf & Beach Resort.
Golf
The apartment is on the Roda Golf Course, which is an excellent 18-hole, par 72 golf course exclusively designed by Dave Thomas, one of the most prestigious European golf designers. This is rapidly becoming the 'must play' course in Murcia
Travel
The apartment is only 5 minutes from San Javier (Murcia) airport which has low cost flights arriving from all over Europe. Guests can take a taxi to Roda Resort or rent a car.
Distances
Los Alcazares with lively bars and great restaurants is only minutes away but also plan a visit to nearby Cartagena and Murcia, to get a feel of the real Spain
Further details
The clubhouse at Roda is spectacular and offers bar and restaurant facilities but there are numerous other eating options close by.
Booking notes
10% deposit on booking, plus £100 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to you (lest the cost of any breakages) as soon as the property has been checked following your departure.
Payment in full must be made 4 weeks prior to departure.
