Living Rooms: There are 2 extremely comfortable and stylish settees, from which you can watch the large flat screen TV, satellite and DVD player. There is also a PlayStation set up in the apartment, a CD player and MP3/Ipod loudspeakers.
Other: In the open plan dining area there is a modern extendable dining table with 6 chairs.

The apartment is located on the second floor and has spectacular uninterrupted views to the sea and Mijas mountains. This setting is probably one of the most exclusive in the area. Balcony which is fully furnished with quality patio furniture and barbecue. You have a choice of 5 shared swimming pools plus a child's paddle pool with shower and toilet facilities.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is within 5-10 minutes of the coast where you can drive to many beaches. The beautiful beach and port of Cabopino is only 5 minutes away by car.

Golf
Ranked as the No.1 destination in Europe, there is little wonder that the Marbella region has become a Mecca for golfers. The weather, the top class facilities, the beautiful surroundings and the sheer choice of challenging courses make it a year-round golfer's paradise. The 'Golf Valley' offers some of the finest course and clubs you will ever experience. You have many well known golf courses within 10 minutes drive eg Miraflores, La Cala, Santa Maria, Cabopino and many more.

Travel
The use of a car is recommended. The apartment is 30 minutes from Malaga the nearest airport.

Distances
The apartment is less that 15 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus marina where you can sit in one of the many restaurants and admire the luxury yachts, maybe even spot a few celebrities or sample the dazzling nightlife and designer shops. A 10 minute drive takes you to the cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque Orange Square and plenty of designer shops for you to browse!

Further details
The Costa del Sol has everything as a holiday destination - beaches, mountains, history, culture, sports and leisure activities of every description. Cruise along its superb motorway system and you can be in Malaga or Gibraltar in very little time. Go inland and you can visit the splendid cliff-top town of Ronda, the quintessentially Spanish pueblos blancos (white villages) or further on to the historic Moorish city of Seville. And then, only minutes away by car, you have the city of Marbella with its unique fusion of Spanish culture and cosmopolitan glitz.

From Marbella, 10 km along the Ronda road is the turning Sierra De Las Nieves; Reserva de la Biosfera; an unspoilt protected nature reserve for walkers and bird lovers. The historic town of Ronda is a 45 minutes drive away with its breathtaking gorges. The duty free haven of Gibraltar is an hour’s drive away. The port of Tangier allows for easy ferry access to the coast of Africa and Morocco.

In the apartment there are details of water parks, fishing trips, shopping centres, safari parks, amusement parks, climbing centres etc. It would be impossible to be bored in this part of Spain.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 payable with balance, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory inspection). 25% non-refundable due on reservation. Balance to be paid on or before 8 weeks of your stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
