Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrivals after 2pm and depart by 11am. We can often work around this.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and fitted wardrobes, En-suite shower room. Hot/cold air conditioning. Lie in bed or walk out onto the patio and take in the amazing views.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Hot/cold air conditioning.
Bathrooms: En-suite shower room to double bedroom with shower, wc, basin, wall heater.
Bathroom 2 with bath/shower over, wc, basin, wall heater.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster.
Living Rooms: Lounge dining area with double sofa bed, recliner armchair, easy chair, dining table with four chairs, wall mounted FSTV, DVD/CD, selection of DVDs, side tables with lamps, walk out of double doors to the patio and marvel at that view again.
Other: Stunning views from the 30 metre balcony, 6 seater table, sun loungers, reclining chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
House/pool towels and bedlinen are provided and are changed each week. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. Arrangements can be made for cleaning and linen for long term rentals.

Accessibility
Undercover private parking outside the kitchen window. 7 steps up to the front door from the car. Electric gate access to the apartments, security cameras back to the Marriot hotel security system.

Outside
30 meter patio with breathtaking views of the golf course and Med. Large wooden table with 4 dining chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 2 sunbeds, large parasol. Cupboard for golf clubs.

Coast/Beach
Denia beach is 10mins drive, award winning beach with all watersports, windsurfing, scuba diving, paragliding, jet/water skiing, beach/boat fishing, boat trips up/down the coast, glass bottom boats for the children. Drive on ferries to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza and Majorca, the early birds can watch the fish being landed then go for breakfast at the train station cafe for a few Euros. Javea and Moraira beaches and fishing ports are 30mins drive away.

Golf
La Sella golf course is 5mins drive away. Oliva Nova is 15mins drive on the new bypass. Javea is 20mins drive. Large discounts can be made through booking on line, we would be happy to help.
(Special Offer) For bookings made for June/July/September the Apartment will be eligible to receive two half price rounds of golf at Oliva Nova golf course per week ie two players play one round of golf at Oliva Nova (normal price 84 Euro per person)=(168Euro) for 84Euro in total! a saving of 84Euro. For bookings in August the Apartment will receive 1 Free round and 3 half price rounds per week. The apartment is part of the La Sella golf/tennis/horse riding complex, we would be happy to arrange bookings.
Heading up north toward Valencia there is the famous Spanish open course of El Saler and El Bosque.
The local 9 hole courses of Javea/Calpe/Don Cayo and Ifach are all worth a visit. The apartment will have a set of ladies and mens clubs in case you just want a knock around to keep in form.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are 1hour away by car on the A7 motorway. Car hire is essential, we would be pleased to help with car hire.

Distances
Denia. 8kms, a big town that caters for the holiday and local trade, very cosmopolitan.
Javea. 10kms, medium size town with lovely old part and port area. The prom is the place to take afternoon coffee.
Calpe. 35kms, beautiful long prom from the town to the port area, famous fish restaurants in the port.
Benidorm. 50kms, it all goes on here. (use the A7 motorway)
So many picturesque villages 10-30mins away, go for "almuerzo" (second breakfast) at 11-00hrs with the local workers, its worth it

Further details
The supermarket in La Sella is well stocked with fresh bread daily. There are also a pharmacy, laundry, bureau de change, restaurants. A visit to the Marriot is a must you may be tempted to spoil yourself in the spa or one of the treatment rooms, call along in the evening for a drink in the jazz bar.
La Sella is a premier site on the Costa Blanca its worth just walking around the development to see some of the houses.
Nip into Denia and sit in the Marques De Campo and have a few "tapas" and watch the fashions of Europe walk by, or jump on the daily Ibiza ferry and join the jet set at play. If you want a slower pace visit the many bodegas not missing the famous Jalon bodega especially on a Saturday when the fleemarket is on (negotiating skills required) Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, Mundomar and the Benidorm palace are all worth a visit. The "Fiestas" and fallas are a must the dates for the different towns and villages will be available in the apartment. The apartment sits next door to a beautiful Buddhist retreat which is available for visits (with appointments).

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% with the booking is required, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date. There is also a £100 damage deposit returnable after key handover and inspection.
