Las Joyas are accessed down 1 flight of external communal stairs. Street parking available.

San Jose beach is less than 5 mins walk away, accessed down the communal stairs and a few minutes walk. The wonderful beaches of the national park are a short drive away, or a 20 minute walk to the nearest, Playa Genoveses.
