The villa is on a modern urbanisation situated in Altea on the Costa Blanca only 5 minutes from Altea town. The villa is situated in an area called Altea Hills, a fantastic upmarket area in close proximity to the historical towns of La Nucia, Altea, Albir, Guadalest, Calpe and of the major holiday destination of Benidorm. The villa benefits from outstanding coast and Mediterranean views from the windows and terraces. Newly built to a very highest standard, with private pool and underground double garage. Altea is a lovely artistic traditional Spanish town with abundance of bars and restaurants yet quite and close to all necessary amenities only a few minutes drive away. Shops are within a short distance, motorway access is a mere 5 minutes. Close attractions also include Terra Mitcia (the new Paramount Theme Park), AquaLandia (Water Park), Mundomar (Sea World), excellent for the children. Golf course is located only a few minutes away.

Prices are for the exclusive use of the villa per week in UK Pounds. £300 refundable security deposit.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday (flexible). Villa to be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Arrivals cannot be accommodated until 3pm.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is of good size and comprises of electric hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher and all the usual cooking equipment. Plates, cutlery etc all provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is an open plan area, with seating for 6 people. TV, DVD player provided. Dining room leads of lounge and has capacity for 6 people. Sky TV. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. Cleaner comes in once a week (usually Saturday) to clean the villa. |

Living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. All bedrooms have ample space for clothes etc in fitted wardrobes. Marble floors throughout.

The closest airports are Alicante 25 minutes and Valencia 60 minutes. Car is essential if you are renting this property.

The nearest town is Altea 5 minutes by car. Altea is a traditional Spanish town with Spanish bars and Restaurants. There are a wide variety of Supermarkets only 5 minutes away.
