Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Winter months there is an extra charge for the central heating, at £30 per week. There are fans in all bedrooms, but air conditioning is installed at an additional charge, should you require it. Additional cleaning can be ordered prior to your booking.
Changeover day
Saturdays, but can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
This modern villa is situated on the Safor valley, is well maintained throughout and is very well presented. Panoramic views overlooking orange groves the mountains and coastline. Ideal for those lazy peaceful sunny relaxing holiday.

Accessibility
The villa is mainly on one level but there are some steps leading up to the villa, which would prove difficult for anyone with limited mobility
Outside
There is a front view terrace from the main entrance with facilities for sitting and eating. Garden (alfresco) kitchen, well equipped with gas BBQ, hob and sink. Driveway with parking facilities leading to a well established garden with plenty of patio/terrace area which is well equipped with table and chairs, pool side bar stools and sun beds. There is a private pool with shower facilities on the terrace. The pool man attends Monday and Thursday usually in the morning. There is a retractable clothes horse to the rear of the property.
Golf
Oliva Nova Golf is approxi 10km. Watersports can be found at Grau de Gandia which is 10 minutes away..
Skiing
Skiing can be found in the mountains approximately 2 hr drive from the villa.
Special interest holidays
Small local villages within a few minutes drive, plenty of local places to eat and drink, supermarket within 2 minute drive, 2 water parks within 30 min drive. The main town - Gandia, is very cultural and historical town, with many shops, bars and restaurants. The main high street has many favourable boutiques for the holiday shopaholic.
Travel
A car is essential to appreciate the beauty of this area. The town of Cullera is approx 20 minutes away with a fantastic water park. Valencia airport is approx 55km 1 hour and Alicante is approxi 85km / 1½ hour.
Distances
Ador Village is 1km away and Villalonga is approx 2km away. Both these villages has supermarkets, restaurants and various shops to appreciate.
Further details
Rubbish disposal is situated at the bottom of the mountain, near the roundabout and request that all guests dispose of their rubbish daily.
Booking notes
Bookings can be arranged by email or telephone, deposit are payable to on booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Deposit refundable once inventory has been carried out and keys received back. If bookings are made within 8 weeks of your arrival date, full payment is required. Deposit £300 or equivalent on exchange rate.
