Coast/Beach
Mar Menor with sandy (blue flag) beaches and water sports 20 mins. Los Alcazares a favourite with families & locals 20 mins. La Manga and the famous, La Manga strip 30 mins. Historic city and harbour of Categena 35 mins.
Golf
On El Valle championship golf course. Residents also have access to the other Polaris world golf courses included in the Hack Nicklaus Trail. La Torre, Mar Menor and Hacienda Riquelme 8. A resident golf discount is available. A free courtesy luxury coach is provided between the resorts.
Travel
El Valle is accessible from the C3319 which is a dual carriageway running from the A7 into the City of Murcia. Murcia San Javier airport is a 20 min drive via C3319 and A7
Alicante Airport is 40 mins via AP7. Both airports are well serviced by budget airlines. Car hire is recommended but transfers can be arranged.
Distances
Murcia City 15 mins. Beaches and restaurants of Los Alcazares 20 mins. Aquopolis water park Torrevieja 30 mins. Cartagena harbour and shopping centre 25 mins. Dos Mares shopping mall at San Pedro Pinatar with shops, cafes, extensive food hall, ten pin bowling and cinema 15 mins.
Booking notes
To reserve the villa a deposit of £150 will be required. This will be held as a bond and will be returned 14 days after property has been vacated & inspected by our property manager. Balance required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Late bookings - full balance required at time of booking.
