The apartment is situated in an ideal position to sit and relax and watch the sunsets over the distant Bernia mountain ranges. Set in a single block of four similar apartments in a quiet residential area and is located at the end of a no-through road. The communal pool is a 5 minute walk away. To the side of the apartment there is a private driveway and gated entrance to the large sun terrace. The main entrance into the light airy, modern lounge/dining area with soft sofa seating, dining table and chairs to seat 4. TV (40") includes BBC and ITV channels, DVD player, CD player,radio and internet access. The fully equipped American style kitchen includes a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, both consisting of triple wardrobes, bedside tables and mirror. Large bathroom comprising bath, shower, wc, hand basin and window. A further utility room houses washing machine and butler sink for use by guests.

Notes on accommodation
Owing to the apartments location set in mountainside, we would not recommend for small children. The terrace overhangs mountain edge and a small child could pass through balustrade.

Accessibility
Access via private driveway to covered parking area. Not recommended for wheelchair access.

Outside
Entrance to large private sun terrace via gated entrance. Private terrace shower, a covered seating area with dining table and chairs, idyllic to sit and watch the sunsets over distant mountain ranges. Barbecue and sunbeds. Large wind-out blind to front of entrance. Garden maintained to a high standard.

Coast/Beach
A five minute drive to the unspoilt beach Moraig of Cumbre de Sol. Ten min drive to the stunning El Portet beautiful sandy bay with gently shelving beach and five minutes to the sandy blue flag beach of Moraira with it,s beautiful Marina.

Golf
Golf courses at Javea and Moraira 10 minutes drive away.
Championship courses at La Sella in Denia and Oliva Nova 20 mins drive.

Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia one hour drive away.

By car Moraira 5 mins, Javea 15 mins, Denia 20 mins.
Terra Mittica adventure theme park 30 mins.
Ibiza can be reached via ferry from Denia.
Guadalest 40 mins.

Further details
Nearby, Javea is a local town set at the base of the Montgo National Park. It is made up of the old town, the port and a beautiful beach at the Arenal. Moraira is a smaller resort with a lovely beach and fantastic views. Moraira has a large market on a Friday morning that is worth a visit when staying in the area. Both Javea and Moraira have a large selection of bars and restaurants to suit everyone's needs. Within a short distance of the apartment, there are lots of other beaches and areas of interest to explore. Calpe and the port of Denia are both about 20 minutes drive away. Benidorm is about 30 minutes drive away and has a fantastic beach and good shops to tempt the holiday maker. Also at Benidorm, you will find the Terra Miticia theme park, the Aqualandia water park and Mundomar. A drive inland to the Jalon Valley is well worth the effort as the scenery is spectacular. Sea fishing is available in Javea and Moraira, as well as tennis and horse riding. The local Tourist Information Centres will provide details of other activities and festivals in the area.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking, and the balance of 75% is due in full 10 weeks prior to the holiday. In addition, a security deposit of £100 (or 150 Euros) is payable in case, on arrival, to be refunded on departure subject to the return of keys, etc.

We had the most wonderful holiday at your villa.Thank you SO MUCH.It wasthe perfect break for us – spacious interior with all mod cons, super clean, cool and airy, nice fluffy towels, great coffee maker, good hot shower etc.
The terrace and views were stunning! Am already missing looking out at the hills and the rock at Calpe – it was the highlight of our stay. The sunsets were breathtaking and we loved your plants and the colours of the bougainvillia and hibiscus – so pretty. Our days were spent lying on your loungers sunbathing, interspersed with outdoor showers and meals under the naya just enjoying the peace and quiet and beautiful greenery. The privacy was an added plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at El Portet beach – so beautiful .
We cannot thank you enough for allowing us access to your villa and will definitely be in touch about future holidays!
