Situated between 2 airports - Alicante and Murcia. Very well communicated by road with nearby towns (7 min drive) where you can find a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and entertaining fiestas. By highway, the main city Murcia - the region capital - is 15 mins drive. It is a university city as well as shopping, monumental and artistic. And after a pleasant sightseeing, golfing or beach day, nothing better than relaxing in front of a fire or, if in summer with an al fresco dining.

The house is settled on a 1,700 squared metres enclosed terraced plot with gardens and swings for children.
With a 9m x 4m. swimming pool surrounded by a large terraced area, a porch provided with lounges, tables and chairs. Driveway, gardens, 3 furnished porches (2 by the house and 1 in the swimming pool area), 1 solarium patio at the rooftop partially canopied, garage for 4 cars.
Communal area next to the house (within 10 metres) with free tennis, swimming pools, gardens, football ground, basket ball court and pool bar.
Fabulous views to the mountains and lemon groves.
Coast/Beach
Nature has blessed Murcia's 250km of coastline with an attractive and colourful landscape. There are up to 200 beaches of fine golden sand and sallow waters in its two seas, the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Costa Calida's climate is the healthiest of the world with a 21ºC average.
In 30 min drive you will be by the seaside enjoying a paella or swimming into the sea. All type of water sports are available: sailing, water skiing, diving school, fishing.
Golf
There are more than 20 golf courses within a distance of 15 min. to 1 hour drive:
Altorreal (18 holes), La Manga (54 holes), Campoamor (18 holes), Villamartín (18 holes) and Orihuela (18 holes), La Serena (18 h), La Torre (18 h), El Valle (18 h), Hacienda Riquelme (18 h), Mosa Trajectum (27 h)... 9 new golf courses are being built in Murcia.
Skiing
Skiing is possible during the winter in Sierra Nevada, which is 3 hours driving.

During the summer you can enrole a tennis course or hire Spanish private classes.
Enjoy a beer with people from other countries - England, Germany, Holland - living at the estate.
Travel
Nearest airports are Murcia and Alicante. The house is located in between the two of them at a driving distance of about 40 minutes from each.
If arrival is made by ship there are various ports at a distance no longer than 1 hour drive.
Car hire is recommended and can be hired at any of the airports.
Distances
Murcia, the capital of the region, with 450,000 inhabitants is 15 minutes drive by highway. It's a shopping and industrial city as well as monumental and artistic. Plenty of sights, museums and restaurants, you'll enjoy theatres, exhibitions, and whatever you can imagine of a beautiful great city full of charm.
The town of Fortuna with it's thermal water spa, surgery and market is 10 min drive. The nearest village La Matanza is just 300 metres away. Abanilla, 7 min drive, has famous fiestas.

A non returnable 20% deposit is to be paid to secure date of vacation. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday. Payment will be made by bank transfer. Breakage deposit of 150 euros to be paid on arrival.
