The villa is ideally suited to a family or alternatively 5/6 adults The villa is currently having a swimming pool built due for completion end Oct 08..more information/pictures will follow. The entrance is through a secure gate leading to the front garden. The villa is entered via 4 steps. The lounge is a very light room with open fireplace and satellite TV, and with a separate dining area. The kitchen looks out onto the front garden. Up a couple of stairs, there are 3 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has en suite facilities, and access to the rear of the villa. There is also an adjoining room which serves as a dressing room for bedrooms 1 and 2, with the option of a further single bed. Outside, the villa has fantastic new terraces all round, with an outside wc and sink. Plenty of room for 'al fresco' dining, or just lounging by the new pool.

A refundable damage deposit of 350 euros is payable and refunded within 2 wks of departure subject to final villa inspection. Min stay 1 week. Check in time 4pm, check out time 10am. Price on application for long term lets.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover preferrable. Arrival after 4pm, departure 10am.

Outside, the villa is paved all around, with ample terrace space, for dining 'al fresco', or lounging by the pool. There is also a bbq, and driveway for 1 or 2 cars. The villa is secure, and fenced all around', giving total privacy.
Coast/Beach
It will take you just 5 minutes to drive to Javea's Arenal beach, a beautiful bay. Arenal beach is great for all the family with an abundance of bars and restaurants on the door step, and children's play areas too. Alternatively discover the other local beaches and bays just 10-15 minutes drive away.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses all available within 10-30 minutes drive.
Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes drive. Valencia airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive. Car hire is essential, and can be booked in advance for airport collection. Alternatively, we can provide an airport pickup service at an additional cost.
Distances
The old town of Javea is just a 10 minute drive, whilst the neighbouring towns of Benitachell, Moraira, Denia are 15, 20, 30 minutes drive. A new commercial shopping centre is now open just 20 minutes drive away, offering a fantastic selection of high street shops and boutiques. Supermarkets are all within easy reach of the villa.
Further details
Horse riding, hire of jet skis, tennis, golf, gymnasiums are all available locally.

Deposit of 25% required at time of booking, and balance payable 10 weeks prior to travel. Payments accepted by paypal, cheques, money transfer, or bank transfer.
