'Villa Jenny' is an amazing villa with a large garden, pool and excellent facilities. A very large villa with plenty of space for all the family and traditional Spanish charm. It has a lovely garden which is paved to create a great space for children to play. There is an area to the front and a great tree covered pathway to the entrance. To the rear of the villa there is yet more space to play and relax with sun-loungers provided. The main feature of the garden is the 9m x 4m swimming pool. We are sure you will love relaxing by the pool and making great use of the all of the outdoor facilities which include a summer kitchen, BBQ and a grapevine covered dining area. To enjoy the morning sun you can read your paper and eat your breakfast whilst relaxing in the enclosed sun terrace to the front of the villa. The villa is a 25 mins walk from the small commercial centre on the urbanisation, details of which you can find on page 2 of this information sheet.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and there is 1 small step to the entrance porch of the villa.
The master bedroom suite can be reached by a spiral staircase to the first floor. The only access to the villa/garden is via 2 gates, 1 to the entrance pathway and the other to the driveway. With a large garden and pool there is plenty of room for children to play and with a private garden should be safe for children. However, care should always be taken around a swimming pool with young children.

Accessibility
There is a small step to the entrance of the villa, although there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor plus access to the garden and pool. There is also the kitchen, so one could use the villa without having to climb the stairs to the master suite.
Outside
The garden is lovely, with a charming vine covered pathway leading to the entrance there is also off-road parking for a car. The front of the the garden is gravel and provides space for children to play. There is further space to the side of the villa and to the rear is the fabulous pool with paved sunbathing terrace. There is a great BBQ and also a summer kitchen which is essential during your holiday! Look forward to relaxing in the sun, a dip in the pool and a great BBQ with fresh produce from the local market!
Coast/Beach
There are 3 blue flag beaches on the Urbanisation all within a 5 minute car journey or a 15 minute walk from the villa, 2 of which have food facilities. There are also more than 10 bays to be found within a 2km coast line and one can walk the stunning coastal path taking in the sea air and breathtaking views.
Golf
Bon Mont golf course is approx 40 mins drive.

Famous Universal Studios theme park of Port Aventura 35 mins by car. Natural Park of the Delta Ebro 25 mins, excellent for animal lovers and bird watching. River Ebro, famous for some of the largest catfish in Europe. Historic Knight Templars castle of Miravet. Vibrant cosmopolitan city of Barcelona 1½ hour. Valencia 1½ hour.
Travel
Closest airport is Reus (BCN) 40 mins by car. Used by flight operators including Ryanair, Thomas Cook, First Choice, My travel and others. Main Barcelona Airport 1 hour 40 mins. Used by Easyjet, Monarch, British Airways, Iberia and others. Car hire is available from both airports and is recommended to explore the many beautiful coastal villages and rustic inland villages which follow the River Ebro.
Distances
Beautiful fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar is a short 5 minute car journey on the main road or can be reached by a country road for those adventurous cyclists or walkers! Other coastal villages which are within 25 minutes maximum and well worth visiting include Hospitalet de l'infant, Cambrils and L'Ampolla. The historic Roman city of Tarragona is a 40 mins car journey and the charming city of Reus is 35 mins from L'Ametlla de Mar.
Further details
The villa is walking distance from 2 restaurants, a bar, a supermarket and a hardware shop. There is also another popular restaurant on the South side of the Urbanisation. There is also a bus service travelling to and from the village of L'Ametlla de Mar.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is payable to reserve the villa and the full amount including a £150 fully refundable breakages fee is payable 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday. Late bookings are considered.
