The balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the late afternoon sunshine and sangria! You will have use of 2 outdoor swimming pools, 2 kids pools and play areas. Tennis/paddle courts, gym, sauna, hydro massage showers, water jet circuit, heated indoor swimming pool open mid-Sept-May, Jacuzzi and relaxation area. The apartment is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens with palm tree and water features throughout. There's lots to do if you want to investigate the area. Lovely Villages of Mojacar, Vera, Villaricos are all minutes away by car. Cabo de Gata national park with unspoilt beaches is a great day out. Water park is 2 mins away. Blue flag beaches, restaurants and bars just a short drive. Naturist beach too!

Outside
Communal gardens with water features/fountains, 2 outdoor swimming pools and children's pools. Children's play areas. Spa area with indoor heated pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, water jet circuit, relaxation areas. Gated complex with your own car park space.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag beach of Vera Playa is just 5 mins by car offering miles of golden sand. A small area of the beach is for naturists. Many excellent beaches are along the coast road Puerto Ray, Garrucha, Mojacar all with life guards in the summer months, and beach bars. Cabo de gata National Park with many beautiful hidden coves is 45 mins by car, take a picnic and have a relaxing day there.
Golf
Located within a short drive of 4 golf courses, that suit all levels of golfer. The courses are Cortijo Grande, Desert Springs, Marina Golf and Valle Del Este. Golf in this region tends to be cheaper than other parts of Spain and a lot less crowded.
Cortijo Grande is a challenging yet relaxing course set in orange groves and hills.
Desert Springs 18 hole par 72. The Indiana course is the first Desert Springs course in Europe and has been built to full USA spec. With the same quality of the famous Desert Springs of Arizona/California. Celebrities frequent this course!
Marina Golf in Mojacar is 18 hole par 72. This particular course has 9 holes located next to the beach which are flat and the remaining 9 holes are on the side of a small mountain.
Valle Del Este course has been integrated into the surrounding landscape by making use of the indigenous vegetation. Fantastic views.
All makes excellent golf plus amazing weather!
Skiing
Sierra Nevada resort and hotel is a 2/3 hour car drive and well worth the effort!
Special interest holidays
Diving: With the clear waters of this coast line, it's ideal for scuba diving. PADI courses and dives can be arranged from dive schools in Villaricos and Mojacar. Taster diving sessions available at Mojacar Playa.
Travel
Almeria airport 45 mins by car.
Murca airport 1 hour 20 mins.
Alicante airport 1 hour 40 mins.
Car hire is available at all airports and highly recommended to enjoy the area. Roads tend to be quiet most of the year(except August) which makes driving a pleasure.
Distances
Supermarkets 2 mins by car. Restaurants/bars 2 mins by car, Vera town 5 mins by car, lovely Spanish shopping here, plaza mayor with cafe bar etc. Garrucha fishing village 5 mins by car, full of sea food eateries, play areas, bars and shops. Mojacar Playa and Mojacar in the mountain (amazing views) both worth a visit. Bike hire available locally and cycle paths on most roads.
Booking notes
Prices are per week in UK pounds. A non-refundable deposit is required when securing your booking (40% of total cost). Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure, along with a refundable deposit of £60 as a key/damage deposit. If less than 6 weeks to departure then full amount plus £60 key/breakage required on booking. Details of keys/apartment and directions will be given once full payment has been received.
