With many original features, it has also been lovingly renovated recently. The main bedroom and living room overlook one of the largest patios in the Gothic, and is peaceful and tranquil. During the day it is very light. It is extremely near many of the attractions of the city, including Barceloneta, the cathedral, the Borne area, the Picasso Museum, Ramblas, etc.
