Our Apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, veranda with patio furniture and BBQ and rear veranda/utility area with washing machine. It is within walking distance of Punta Prima beach, several minutes from the supermarket and numerous restaurants. There are 7 golf courses nearby, go karting a few minutes away and a waterpark, safari park, quad bike hire, ballooning and kayak hire. The beautiful town of Torrevieja with it's esplanade, harbour, cathedral and markets is 10 minutes away. We are particularly well placed for 15 lovely beaches, golf holidays and near the motorway for those who wish to explore a bit more. Our apartment gets the sun in the afternoon and evening elongating time in the sun after a day on the beach. The large pool area gets the sun all day long for sand free sun-bathing! Go out to onr of the many different restaurants in the evening or stay at home and watch a film on the satellite TV with a glass of your favourite tipple.

Notes on prices
Deposit of £75 per week or Pay in full at the time of booking and save 5% as long as more than 2 months before holiday. *Save £52 on a 2 week booking by paying up front in the high season*
We would also be pleased to offer our apartment for long term Winter lets of at least one month. (November-March) for 450 euros inclusive of electricity up to 50 euros.
Changeover day
Preferably Saturday but changeover days are flexible so that you can search for the cheapest flights assuming availability. Please enquire for the charge for any additional nights to the usual 7.
Accommodation

| Bathrooms: | Family bathroom consists of bath with a powerful shower over it, a pedestal basin, bidet, WC, towels rails, mirror with lighting and shaving socket with ceramic tiling throughout. |
| Kitchen: | The newly fitted kitchen has a cooker, infra red hob, extractor fan, wooden units with granite work surfaces, large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, cupboard, under unit storage space and a full compliment of pots, pans and utensils for self catering. |
| Utility Room: | The sunny rear veranda is a tiled area including washing machine, clothes drier, bucket and mop, dust pan and brush. It also houses the water heater. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room has a tiled floor and includes a hard wood dining table with chairs, two quality leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, satellite TV with Sky Sports and movies, a DVD player, TV cabinet and coffee table. |
| Other: | The front veranda has table, chairs, sun parasol and BBQ. It has a private and peaceful view over a quiet play area and grassland and is not overlooked. Perfect for outdoors meals and drinks in the heat of the day and long into the evening. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the price. It is advisable to bring beach towels. A 45 euro payment towards the cost of cleaning is payable to the agent at the beginning of your holiday.The cleaning and linen/towel change is at the end of each holiday. |
Notes on accommodation
Please request cot or high chair on the booking form at time of booking. Leather sofa-bed folds out easily to accommodate 2 people. The satellite TV with cartoons, children's TV, movies and sports channels will help to keep the kids entertained while you are having a well earned rest. There is adequate storage space in the apartment for clothes and luggage etc.
2 sun beds and 2 fold up chairs are provided for you to use by the pool or at the beach.

Accessibility
Our apartment is on the first floor so is suitable for people with reasonable mobility.
Outside
The private shared swimming pool is about 20m by 10m and is situated in a large grassed sunbathing area with palm trees, flower beds and a shower area. It incorporates a shallow kiddies paddling pool and is in it's own secured gated area and therefore safe for children. You can watch them as you read or sunbathe on the sunbeds provided in our apartment There is private secured parking underneath the building for which you will have the keys.
Coast/Beach
There is an enormous choice of sandy beaches of which Playa Punta Prima with its own bar/restaurant is a 5 minute drive or 12 minute walk. La Zenia (see picture) is an 8 minute drive and has volleyball, bars and the Hotel Zenia facilities including its pool, right overlooking the sea and beach. There are many other lovely sandy beaches within a 20 minute drive.
Golf
The 18 hole championship Campoamar Golf course is 15 minutes by car and has beautiful fairways and tricky sand bunkers! There are 6 other courses in the area, 2 of which are championship courses.
Travel
Murcia airport is the nearest at 20 mins by car. Alicante is next at 30 mins and Valencia is approximately an hour away. All are served by airlines such as; Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch airlines, BMIbaby, BA from numerous British airports. Just serf the net as far in advance as possible for the cheapest price/route. We can provide airport transfers for 45€ from Alicante and 40€ from Murcia, just add to the booking form.
Distances
The lovely town of Torrevieja is 10 minutes away by car, including it's market, harbour which includes a real submarine museum and many lovely yachts, the church, promenade, many restaurants and nightclubs. There are several natural sea pools with diving and ladders for climbing out of the water. The Go-Karting track is less than five minutes by car with 3 types of go karts suitable for juniors, adults and advanced. There is also a water park, Safari park, funpark, hot air balloons and Quad biki
Further details
Local restaurants include traditional Spanish with Flamenco dancing, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Fish and Chips, Spud u like, Thai and various bars and pubs many with Irish and British themes. There are cash dispensers, banks, large and small supermarkets selling virtually everything you could need and fresh fish in the market at Torrevieja. We recommend that you high a car via the internet and pick it up at the airport, it is very simple and good value. You can also be met at the airport and chauffeured to the apartment for 45€ from Alicante and 40€ from Murcia. Plese book the service on the form. There are regular daytime buses to the beach and town from nearby.
Booking notes
Please send us an email or phone and give us your email address so that we can send you our booking form. You then return this with your cheque or make a bank transfer with the money. If your holiday is further away than 8 weeks you can just send a deposit, though you do get a discount of 5% if you pay in full at the time of booking. There are also discounts of £30 for two week bookings and reductions for last minute bookings. Final payments need to be made within 8 weeks of your holiday.
