This lovely, first floor apartment is situated in the beautiful area of Villamartin, 15 minutes from Murcia airport. It has been referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca, making it ideal for beach holidays, family holidays or golfing breaks. There are two mariners near by Caboroig being the nearest then Torrevieja .You will find many blue flag beaches all close by, all are very clean and safe for children. It is also located between 3 top highly rated championship golf courses - Villamartin, Ramblas and the Real Club de Golf Campoamor, which are all just 5 minutes away as is the Villa Martin plaza where you will find an exclusive set up of fine restaurants and bars for everyone’s taste (not to be missed if you are staying here). The property is fully furnished with everything you need, washing machine, DVD player, English sky TV channels, stereo, barbeque etc.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the the property per week in UK pounds.
There is a 45 euros charge for cleaning, payable on arrival. Also a deposit of £100 is required for damages which is fully refundable after stay. Also I can arrange airport transfers direct to my apartment from as little as 30 Euros depending which airport you use...

There are two sets of towels, bedlinen and blankets all ready for your arrival. The property is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. Please bring your own towels for swimming pool and beach use. |

Outside
The pool area consists of children's pool and an adults pool and there is space to sunbathe and play around the swimming pool. With shaded areas as-well, this is a friendly area and children are welcome. There is a private roof terrace with BBQ and sun loungers and a sun patio leading from the lounge.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes away you will find Caboroig which has lots of bars and restaurants and has a beautiful beach plus other beaches nearby.
Golf
3 top golf courses situated 5 minutes away highly rated by golfers - Villamartin, Ramblas and The Real Club de Golf Campoamor.
Travel
Situated 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 15 minutes from Murcia airport.

Torrevieja is 15 minutes away Le Zennia is 8 minutes. Caboroig is 8 minutes. Chemist 8 minutes. Go carts 10 minutes. Villamartin famous plaza 5 minutes. All golf courses 5 minutes. Betting shop 5 minutes. Supermarket 5 min. Car hire 1 minutes walk. Banks 5 minutes walk.
Further details
You will find everything from shops, bars bowling, marina, aqua park, cinema in Torrevieja. Go-carting 10 minutes from apartment. There also bars, restaurants and shops in Villa Martin which is only 5 minutes away.
