Excellent local circular bus service with bus stop 2/3 minutes away taking you to the sea front and onto Arryo De La Miel, Tivoli World, Seaworld and to Benalmadena Pueblo the old village with its narrow streets with tapas bars and shops.

Please note that all prices include transport to the apartments on arrival and return to the airport on day of departure regardless of arrival or departure times. You will be met at the airport by Kate Wright who looks after the apartments and is available throughout your stay. Discount available for both apartments on application.
Prices are per week in English pounds.
Any length of rental period considered.

Changeover day
No restriction on dates of arrival or departure. Take advantage of cheaper flights by arriving other than weekends.

Well fitted kitchen with 4 ring electric hob, fridge freezer, built in microwave oven, washing machine.
Lounge with 3 seater & 2 seater sofas, coffee table, cabinets, Sky TV / DVD player, Radio/CD player. Patio door onto balcony.

The apartment has its own garage space in the ground floor secure garage.
The apartments are cleaned before occupation and include all linen and towels excluding beach towels. If stays are for two weeks a mid term clean will be carried out and linens changed.

Outside
Swimming pool and childrens pool located at the rear of the apartments for use of residents only. Each apartment has a key for the pool area. Good sized area to sunbathe and the sun loungers from the apartments may be used.

Coast/Beach
Local beach approx 5 minute walk with restaurants/cafe bar nearby.
The circular bus service will take you to the sea front in 5/6 minutes where you have an expanse of beach to the Marina and Torremolinos.
If driving again no more than five minutes with ample parking on the sea front and car parks.

Golf
Torrequebrada golf club less than a five minute drive away. Several others Mijas etc about 20 minutes away with many others spanning the Costa Del Sol area.

Travel
Malaga approx 20 minutes. Car hire is available but the local bus services are excellent and frequent. You can easily go to Fuengirola/Torremilinos within 10 minutes by bus. The Circular bus from Torrequebrada takes you to La Paloma Park / Seaworld / Tivoli Funfair / Arroya De La Miel / Benalmadena Pueblo.

Distances
5/6 minutes whether driving or by bus to the sea front. Less than 10 minutes to the marina. Fuengirola (travelling south) Torremilinos (travelling north) again 10/12 minutes by car or bus. Mijas is a must to see and buses go from Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Arroya De La Miel.

Further details
The two local commercial centres within 5 minutes of the apartments have some excellent restaurants- Chinese/Japanese, Italian, Tapas bar, Spanish fish/meat, Cafe Bar serving snacks, Pizza/Pasta take away restaurant. There is also a mini market and a first class bakery shop. Also bank, hairdressers and nail parlour.
