The villa is situated right on the La Finca Golf course, close to the 7th hole. Then there is a large terrace over looking the swimming pool. All floors are marble to keep the villa cool. There is also air conditioning in every room, which can be used to keep the villa warm or cold. The villa has wireless internet. A welcome package is included which contains, bread, butter, cheese, ham york, water, milk, coffee, red wine, beer. If you´ld prefer not to have alcoholic drinks included please let us know. The La Finca golf course offers 18 holes + 1, each one designed by the prestigious Spanish designer Pepe Gancedo. Only five min away is a small village called Algorfa, and it´s typical Spanish. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Torrevieja is only 15 min away, where there is lots to do, lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, outdoor market, tivoli and lots more. Benidorm is 45 min away where there is an adventure park and a zoo and lots more.

| Bedrooms: | The house has 2 floors, downstairs are two large double bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each room which can be put together, Upstairs is an open lounge with a double sofa bed and private balcony. |
| Bathrooms: | Downstairs is a bathroom with bath and WC, upstairs is a private bathroom with a shower and a WC. |
| Kitchen: | In the kitchen is a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. There is a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: | A washing machine, an iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a large space where the living room and the dining room is. In the living room is a leather sofa for 3, and a lounge. The dining table seats 6-8. TV with satellite, DVD, wireless internet. |

All bath towels are included. You just need to bring beach towels. All linen is provided. At the end of your stay cleaning of the villa is included. |

Outside
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views over the golf course, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Coast/Beach
Guardamar Beach is 15 min drive. The long, sandy beaches at Guardamar consistently win the coveted Blue flag awards every year for their cleanliness, safety and facilities etc.
Torrevieja boasts many long and beautiful beaches; however La Mata is probably the most popular. Excellent for water sport enthusiasts, you can practice windsurfing, sailing, watercycles and water motorcycles. A short walk from the bustling town of Torrevieja.
Golf
The La Finca golf course is in your backyard ! Only a few min drive to the club house. Among the most interesting aspects of this course are: The green on the 7th hole, completely squared and surrounded by a spectacular bunker. The 5th and 6th holes, next to a beautiful lake with several waterfalls on their left side. This lake provides these holes not only with a water hazard, but also an added beauty that complements this already gorgeous course. There will be a 5 star hotel with casino and health spa to be opened in 2009. And a new club house is being build to be opened in 2008. Note: you will need a handicap certificate to play on La Finca. Travel
The villa is: 30 min from Alicante Airport. 30 min from Murcia Airport. Only five min away is a small village called Algorfa, and it´s typical Spanish. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. In july there is a yearly fiesta in town with concerts, dance shows and more. Torrevieja is only 15 min away, where there is lots to do, lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, outdoor market, Tivoli and lots more.
You will need the use of a car which can be rented at the airport.

Further details
There is a really nice restaurant, and a golf shop at the La Finca golf course. Then there are a few restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and banks only a minute away.
