Set in over an acre of gardens 'Finca Victoria' is a traditional farmhouse style country house. Adjacent we have a detached guest house with 2 bedrooms which we offer for rental at room only basis or B&B. Both studios have air conditioning and heating, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, coffee/tea making facilities and private parking. Next to the guest house is unique 'rock pool' for the use of our visitors. The garden is a profusion of palms, oranges, lemons, mandarins, roses, figs, almonds, grapes, bamboo, bignonia, passionflower, mimosas, carobs... the list is endless. We also cultivate our own vegetables. The surrounding hills are perfect for walkers and lovers of the countryside. For the more energetic guests, horse-riding and golf are available locally. Located on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca, Benissa is close to the motorway and is a short drive from the well known towns of Moraira, Calpe, Javea, Denia and Benidorm.

Outside
Surrounded by an oasis of superb gardens, extending to over one acre. The studios are adjacent to our magnificent and very private swimming pool (approximately 9m x 5m), featuring waterfalls and underwater lighting. These facilities are shared only with the other studio (and the owners!). Sun-loungers and BBQ provided. Private and secure off-road parking. (The property is set at the end of its own 200 yard private road).
Coast/Beach
Within 15 mins drive of a dozen beautiful sandy beaches.
Golf
Within 15 minutes drive is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. These testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre. Plus 3 others within 25 mins drive.

More golf! Ifach Golf Club - Moraira
At just 12 kilometres from Calpe and 2 kilometres from the beach of Moraira, surrounded by tranquillity and nature, we find the Ifach Golf club. Founded in 1974, it is considered one of the pioneer clubs of the Comunidad Valenciana.
Situated in an area that is particularly attractive for the practice of golf, and with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, one can find a quality that is a must for people who wish to get away from the stress of the large cities: silence. Between the pines, algarrobos and almond trees we can find peace and quiet, enabling one to concentrate on the practice of this sport.
Javier Arana, architect and golf player, designer of the El Saler golf club among others, designed the Ifach Club. The course is designed for the use of all golf clubs, and is appropriate for amateur players. The course is 3399 metres par 60.
Travel
Alicante airport is an easy 1 hour drive on the motorway.
Valencia and Mucia airports are 90 mins away.

There is a local train station within walking distance of the finca with trains every hour traveling up and down the coast from Alicante to Denia.
From the local bus/coach stop in Benissa you can travel directly to almost anywhere in Europe!

A quiet stroll through the ancient, well preserved town centre will enable you to discover a rich array of monumental buildings and cultural centres that form part of this town´s long history.
We can recommend a range of wonderful local eateries from the traditional 'spit and sawdust' Spanish bars to top of the range 'gourmet' standard restauraunts.
