Nestling in a small valley surrounded by beautiful hillsides, this is the perfect place to get away from the bustle of city life. An ideal base for walking or exploring Southern Spain but still within driving distance of local towns and white villages for shopping/dining. Situated off road in the mountains and only 20 minutes from the coast it is available for short or long term rentals and is furnished to a high standard throughout. The villa is all on one level with large patio windows off the lounge and through hallway from the front of the property to the rear and the pool area.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible and the rates are charged per day pro rata. We would ask that you arrive in the afternoon in daylight. Departure is by noon. If no one else is using the property on the same day these times are flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 are twins. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also a travel cot available if required. |
| Bathrooms: | The double bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet, washbasin. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room has one three and one two seater leather sofas, dining table and six chairs (further chairs are available in the bedrooms). Television with English satellite TV with the free view channels, DVD player and CD player. |
| Other: | Outside there is a table and chairs and sun loungers, sun parasol and BBQ. Parking for several vehicles. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bathroom towels are supplied; pool and beach towels are not. Two sets of linen for each bed are supplied. There is no maid service so you will need to change and wash the linen yourselves if you wish to. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a wood burning stove in the lounge and plug in electric radiators for use during the winter months.
There are no postmen or bin men just horses and goatherds wandering the hills.

Accessibility
This property is half way between Torrox and Competa within easy reach of Nerja, supermarkets, fabulous restaurants, water park and shopping mall. It is off road and therefore we would suggest that a 4x4 vehicle is required particularly during the winter months. Once at the property it is all on one level so may be suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The pool is not heated and is approximately 4 x 10 metres. There is a semi covered outside dining area next to the pool and BBQ. A roof terrace is also available to watch the magnificent mountain sunsets. There is also a quite area near below the property with further small table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Approximately 20 minutes and you are at the coast with any number of beaches both long and wide and coves.
Golf
There is a good golf course about 30 mins drive away Baviera Golf Torre del Mar.
Special interest holidays
Whilst we do not provide special interest holidays, there is motorbike off road school, walking and horse riding in abundance.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest Airport at about 50 minutes away but Granada is also being used quite often about 1.5 hours away.
Distances
The Alhambra at Granada is well worth a visit about 1.5 hours travel book before you go particularly in the summer months. Ronda about 2 hours is also a great place with a bull ring and many small museums. Marbella, Nerja, Frigiliana, Competa, Sayalonga all wonderful which villages. The caves at Nerja are a must. Gibraltar is about 2 hours away and not much further to take the ferry over to Tangier. Mini Hollywood where the spaghetti westerns were made is near Almeria about 3 hours away.
Further details
There are many really good local restaurants in Nerja, Torrox Costa and Competa where you can pay anything from 7 euro for a set three course lunch to 30 euro ahead. Sun, sea and sangria.
A large shopping mall is only 25 mins away and in summer a water park.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required with every booking and this is non returnable. The remainder is due six weeks before departure together with a £150 security deposit. Late cancellation after full payment has been made will only be eligible for money back should we be able to re-let the property for the period booked.
