Innkeepers Anna Gallagher and Juan Luis Guillen lived for many years in the United States before finally settling in Ribera de Duero and starting their business, Entredosmundos which means between two worlds. As part of their business, they opened the Palacio de Guzman, an elegant hotel housed in a 17 century palace. Despite their busy schedules, Anna and Juan Luis have learned to slow down and enjoy life in the Spanish style and they hope to share that experience with their guests.

Juan Luis and Anna are perfect hosts and did everything to make our stay memorable and Mercedes welcomed us each morning with a big smile and a great breakfast. The Palacio is so spacious that we felt like Royalty and our room with its bathroom was far nicer than staying in a 4 star Hotel. The nearby village, Roa de Duero has lots of shops and a jolly little restaurant. During our stay Juan Luis arranged a wine tasting in the cellar which was a great event. don’t even know where to begin. I took my wife to Spain and Portugal for our 10th anniversary together with two dear friends.
