This light airy apartment is conveniently situated being a 2 minute walk to the centre of the town and just across the road from Conil's long, beautiful beach. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sun set over the sea.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday but we try to be flexible especially out of high season. Arrival time is 3.00pm and departure is 10.30am to allow for cleaning.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a large fitted wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Bathroom has bath with shower over, wc, and basin.
Kitchen: Kitchen is generally well equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, combi microwave/grill/oven and washing machine.
Living Rooms: The sitting room has a dining area with table for up to 6, double sofa bed, TV/DVD, CD player etc.

linen/maid service:
All towels (except for beach) and linen are included. The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay.

There are oil filled radiators for the winter evenings.

Accessibility
There are stairs to negotiate to access the apartment so is not suitable for wheelchairs.

The distance to Conil's main beach is 50m. This sandy beach stretches for over 10km.

Golf
There are a number of courses in the Cadiz region, the nearest to Conil is San Andreas - about 10km.

Travel
Nearest airport is Jerez - about 1 hour by car.
Seville is 1 hour 30 mins.
Gibraltar is just under 2 hours.
Malaga is 2 hours 30 mins.
Car not essential as Conil can be reached by public transport but is recommended for exploring nearby beaches and hill towns.

Distances
Conil can be used as a base for visiting Cadiz (30km), Seville, Vejer de la Frontera, Gibraltar and even Morocco.

Further details
Conil is a typical "whitewashed" Andalusian town. The local industry is based on farming and fishing and although quieter in winter, the town is bustling all year round. There are many, many restaurants and tapas bars and plenty of local food shops in addition to the couple of supermarkets.

Watersports eg. windsurfing, kite surfing are very popular. Horseriding is available as is bicycle hire.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit, up to a maximum of £150 is required on booking with the balance payable about 3-4 weeks before departure. I normally post the keys, directions etc. on receipt of the balance. The rental fee includes all linen, cleaning, electricity etc.
We do not ask for a breakage deposit.
