This is a unique villa with superb view on sea and landscape. In a green area, very quiet nevertheless, next to the beautiful old village of Alella well renowned for the wine. Vallromanas golf course is 10 mins by car, while LLavaneras golf course is approx 20 mins. From the villa, it takes 5 minutes to go a large and long beach where you have excellent swimming facilities, a sailing club and a nice harbour with a lot of restaurants and bars. Direct shuttle train to Barcelona city and to the airport.
