A beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa overlooking the immaculate 1st and 18th fairways of the fabulous Desert Springs Golf Course. This new, well furnished property sits in a small private community of 14 detached properties sharing a large swimming pool and children pool. The property has private gardens and numerous terraces overlooking the pool and golf course. All the facilities of the Resort are within two minutes walk. The Clubhouse, bar and restaurant, Crocodile Club, tennis courts, gymnasium. The location and the facilities on hand are truly first class. 10 mins away by car is the small fishing village of Villaricos. 15 mins Garrucha and its famous seafood restaurants and 20 mins from the cosmopolitan delights of Mojacar. Within a few minutes inland are the towns of Vera and Cuevas with its historical interest and Moorish influence. Whilst the property has notbeen specifically adapted for disabled guests, the property and resort is on flat terrain, making access to the property and around the resort itself very easy.

The property is situated in La Rosa del Desierto community. A collection of 14 detached properties each with private secure garages and private gardens overlooking the emerald fairways.
The properties also share beautiful community gardens and a large swimming pool, children’s pool and large pool terrace with ample sunbeds and tables.
Coast/Beach
Desert Springs is 10 minutes by car from the beach. The Spanish fishing villages of Villaricos and Garrucha as well as the cosmopolitan resort of Mojacar with its shops, restaurants, bars and long sandy beaches within 15 minutes.

Desert Springs Golf Club. 6700 yards. The best condition course you will ever play. The Indiana course is the first desert course in Europe and has been built to the full USGA specifications and quality standards of these desert courses, now famous for the quality of golf that they offer. Its immaculate fairways and the purest of greens are set amongst massive rocky outcrops, arroyos and dry rivers. Other course nearby Valle del Este 15 mins. Marina de la Torre 15 mins. Please be aware golf shoes with soft spikes are required to play the Indiana course.
