The air-conditioned villa is situated in the developing village of La Alfoquia just a few minutes walk from local shops, bars and amenities. The village is nestled in the Almanzora valley and is an ideal location for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access by car to Almeria's fantastic beaches. The nearest town is Albox, 10 minutes away and here you will find a 24 hour emergency centre and larger supermarkets and shops. There is a fantastic aqua park in Villericos (25 mins by car) and 'Mini-Hollywood' film set is well worth a visit and this is roughly an hour away. Alternatively, you can just laze by the private pool and take a dip when you feel the need!

The villa has its own pool which is regularly cleaned and maintained. The area surrounding the pool is paved. There is a terrace which is accessed via the patio doors or from the ground and stairs up to a large roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach approximately 25 minutes by car from La Alfoquia. Fantastic beaches can be found at Villericos, Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar.
Golf
Within driving distance of golf courses - Desert Springs and Valle del Este 35 mins by car.
Travel
A car is essential to get the most out of a holiday in Almeria. Almeria Airport, 1 hour drive. Alicante Airport, 2 hour drive. Murcia Airport, 1 hour 40 mins drive.
Distances
The village of La Alfoquia is just 5 minute walk away from the Villa. The villages of Zurgena and Arboleas are just a short drive away and the town of Albox is around 10 minutes by car and here you will find some larger shops and supermarkets and a 24 hour emergency centre.
Booking notes
A £200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to your holiday plus a key/damage deposit of £150 which will be returned to you once the keys have been returned and the property inspected.
