Accessibility

To the front of the property there is off road parking. To the rear of the property there is a terrace with private pool, loungers, new wooden table and chairs, two parasols, additional plastic tables and chairs. Shower area. Barbecue.

Coast/Beach
The Marina beach is no more than a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive). It is a lovely, small beach with loungers and parasols. There is a restaurant/bar that has live music some nights. The main beach in La Herradura is a 20 minute walk (max 5 minute drive). Here you will find a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a daily market selling meat, vegetables and delicatessen.

Anoret 40 mins.
Baviera 18 holes 30 mins.
Motril-playa 18 holes 25 mins.
Velez Malaga 9 holes 20 mins.
Camp de Golf Salobrena 15 mins.

Skiing
The famous ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada Ski resort are approximately 90 minutes by car. The ski season runs from December to April (catering for all abilities).

Travel
Malaga Airport 50 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Nerja 20 minutes drive. Almunecar 10 minutes. Granada (with the fantastic Alhambra Palace) 60 minutes drive.

Further details
There are a number of small supermarkets, a bakery, newsagents, banks and a daily market. Although there is a significant international population in La Herradura, it continues to resist the commercial excesses of similar areas on the Mediterranean coast. You have a wide choice of bars and restaurants, international or traditional Spanish. La Herradura is a great place to sit back, people watch, relax over a drink and take in the beautiful views.

Booking notes
There is a 30% deposit required within 15 days of booking and the balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. There is a refundable damages deposit of 100 euros refundable within 2 weeks of departure or collected from the agent upon receipt of keys. Breakages or damages must be replaced or notified to us by the departure date.
