Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, with reverse cycle systems which allow heating for winter stays. The living area is open plan and enjoys 2 balconies, both with spectacular views. From July 08 there will be a cot, stair gates and a highchair available.

Accessibility
Due to steps down to the front door, this property is unsuitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
The private swimming pool (6m x 3.5m approx) is located on the upper terrace, where there is plenty of room to soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers provided. The gardens are split over 3 levels, with a well-stocked ornamental garden beside the pool terrace, a BBQ garden level further down, and a lower terrace level accessed via a pergola, which greets you with breathtaking views of the valley.

Coast/Beach
The coastal town of Javea and the cosmopolitan port of Denia are approximately 15 minutes drive away. These offer a mix of sandy beaches perfect for lazing in the sun, and shingle beaches ideal for snorkeling.

Golf
La Sella golf resort and spa is located 10 minutes away by car.

Travel
The villa is approximately 1 hour drive from Alicante and Valencia airports. A car really is essential due to the location of this mountain villa.

Distances
Pedreguer town is a 5 minute drive from the villa, and provides all essential amenities, and at the entrance to Monte Pedreguer (the mountain) there is a restaurant and bar.

Further details
Pedreguer is approx 15 minutes inland by car, midway between Javea and Denia. Villalinga is situated on the edge of the exclusive Monte Pedreguer hillside development and backs onto open parkland. The dramatic hillside location provides breathtaking views down the valley and out to sea, and offers the chance to relax and unwind in the peace and quiet of the mountain. On the other hand the La Sella golf resort and spa, located 10 minutes away by car, the beaches of Javea and Denia, and the vineyards of the Jalon Valley are just some of the attractions to explore in the local area.

Booking notes
Bookings are normally secured with a 25% non-refundable deposit, with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to the rental period. Cleaning and laundering service is charged at an additional £50 per stay, which is payable with the final balance.
