The apartment comfortably sleeps 5 people in one twin room and one double room with a sofa bed in the lounge. Sky TV is installed. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen (not American style). This very sunny apartment boasts a large roof top solarium with table, chairs, sun loungers. There is a shared communal pool close by.

Outside
There is plenty parking and the communual pool is in the same block as this apartment. The roof is perfect for sun bathing and having a BBQ. The sun terrace off the lounge is perfect to sit and watch the sun set over the salt lakes.
There is a childrens park near by. There is a public phone in the calle of the apartment. There is some building work still being done the site but not near the apartment. August there is no building work.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is approx 20 mins drive from the apartment. From the solarium you can see the salt lakes and on a clear day in the distance the sea! There are many lovely beaches around the area, we can recommend the best ones!
Golf
The nearest golf course being La Finca, which is about 5 mins drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Murcia which is approx 20 mins to the apartment, Alicante is approx 35 mins to the apartment.
Distances
The first bar to open in walking distance is the "the inn at the green" next door to the bar is LG Stores they sell all english brands and spanish too, prices really reasonable and is close to the apartment.
Nearest town is approx 5 mins away by car. Los Montesinos and San Miguel are 5 mins away by car and have many nice restaurants and bars.
Further details
Torrevieja is a large Spanish town about 20 mins away, just outside Torrevieja you have a shopping center with C&A, H&M and many many more. Once in Torrevieja there is a lovely harbour and lovely restaurants you will really get the Spanish feel when you visit Torrevieja.

Booking requires a £50 deposit and balance due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
