Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor with a lift for access to the apartment and to the garage.
Outside
The private terrace has relaxing chairs and sun loungers and a table suitable for 6 persons.
The community pool is large and has lovely established Lawns and Palms.
Coast/Beach
Javea beach is a lovely sandy bay with shops and restaurants overlooking it. The beach has childrens activities in one area and there is also a beachball area.
Gently sloping the water is very safe for swimming.
There are beach umbrellas available and pedalos!
Further along from this beach is a quieter rockier area where you can sit and meditate or enjoy a drink and watch the sun set from one of the beach bars. At the end of this area is a further beach and the port area.
Golf
Javea Golf course is 9 holes and located 5 mins drive from the apartment.
Denia la Sella Golf course is in Denia and a 10 min drive away.
Travel
Alicante Airport is 100kms. Valencia airport approx 120kms.
Both very easy to access and car hire can be arranged from either location.
For those clients not wish to hire a car, we car arrange transport at a cost of c.85 euros each way.
Distances
Walking distance to all facilities within the Javea Arenal area. There is also a bus to the Port and Old Town of Javea.
Worth a visit...Terra Natura a wildlife Park near to Benidorm 30 mins drive and also next foor Terra Mitica a educational theme park.
Dolphin Park, Safari Park all within a 20 min radius.
Visit Guadalest a hillside village 40 min drive.
Valencia City to see the Science Museum and Oceanographic (aquarium).

Lovely Spanish restaurants to try local specialities.
Also some English restaurants / French and International.
A typical menu of the day of 3 courses including wine start from 8 euros! Excellent value for all the family.
Supermarkets are walking distance.

A deposit of 25% secures the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. We also require a deposit of £200 against any deliberate damage.
