Towels and bed linen are included, property is cleaned on departure. But for an extra fee you can have a mid-stay clean if required. Beach and pool towels are not supplied.

15 mins walk to the nearest beach. This secluded residential complex is renowned for its crystal clear waters that are a paradise for swimmers and a heaven for all types of water sports fans.

The nearest golf centre is La Manga club which is around 10 mins by car. La Manga Gold Club Resort offers casinos, shops, restaurants.

Travel
20 mins drive to Mercia (San Javier) airport, which is serviced by many airlines including Ryanair and Easyjet. Car hire is available via the internet to collect at airport. Alternatively our agents can arrange for you to be collected from the airport. Alicante airport is approx 50 mins drive again which is serviced by many airlines. Bus routes in Los Belones. 20-25 mins walk to Los Belones village. 15-20 mins walks to Los Nietos. 25 mins drive to Cartagena. 30 mins drive to Murcia. Approx 10 mins drive to famous La Manga Strip which has a selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Further details
Just behind the residential area you can enjoy the Calblanque Natural Park, with kilometres of unspoiled beaches. The nearby village of Cabo de Palos has a wonderful Sunday market, selling fresh fruit and veg. chickens cooked on a spit, Spanish linen and leather goods. In addition there are 2 excellent supermarkets, restaurants and cafe bars. Be sure to check out the lighthouse which offers spectacular views. A 15 min. walk brings you to the lovely village of Los Belones, which has national and international restaurants at very reasonable prices.

Our agents, Andy and Maria can provide a wide variety of services such as tourist information, bike hire, car hire, airport transfers, luggage storage, DVD hire, free book exchange etc. cot and high chair hire and welcome packs. Their office is just 4 mins from the apartment.

The Mar Menor is famous for The Black Mud which is said to have therapeutic qualities and helps in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
The average annual temperature is 17C, and the average for the months of June, July, August and September is above 21C. Winter is very mild with the average temp. of the cold months not falling below 10C. 320 days and 3000 hours of sunshine a year. Go-Carting, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, tennis courts, spa facilities and nautical sports.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 (which is non-refundable in case of cancellation) is required on booking. A booking form will be sent via email or by post together with a copy of the booking conditions. A refundable security deposit of £100 is also required against breakages and damage, refunded 14 days after departure. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure, together with the security deposit. All monies received will be confirmed in writing.
