Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Long lets will be considered for the winter. The cost per month is 800 euros plus bills. Well mannered dogs will be considered too!
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. On the day of departure the property must be vacated at 10am unless arranged otherwise during your stay with our local agent.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen includes cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as all the other normal appliances. You can access the pool area from the kitchen. |
| Utility Room: | The lounge is well furnished with sofas, satellite TV (free to air) open fire for the winter, doors from the lounge lead out to the patio and pool area. There is also a large dining table and seating for 6. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned and ready for your arrival, for a stay of 14 nights or more a change of clean linen will be provided midway thru your stay, all linen is provided except for beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
There are lockable gates from the property to the pool to ensure more security; these can be locked to prevent little ones venturing out to the pool area on their own. There is also a small baby pool for the little ones.

Accessibility
This property is not really suitable for people who are unable to climb stairs, as all the bedrooms are located on the first floor.
Outside
The villa is set in a small complex of 4 individual villas, they all share a well maintained pool and gardens. The villa has ample outside area to allow a family of 6 comfortable alfresco dining and enough patio furniture for 6 people to relax and take in the sun.
Coast/Beach
10 miles of sandy beach with rocky outcrops 7 mins walk. EEC flag for cleanliness besides which are bars, restaurants and shops. Beaches vary from unspoilt to commercial.
Travel
Almeria airport is 90km / 55 miles 40 mins drive. Alicante airport is 216km /135 miles a 2 hour drive. Murcia airport 1½ hour drive. Hire cars can be collected and returned to the airport.
Car recommended for airport transfer, frequent buses run locally. Alternatively we can arrange for transport to and from the airport, price on application. This will be paid locally directly to the driver.
Further details
Parque Comercial shopping centre 1km, including banks, shops and restaurants. Local shops and restaurants a few mins walk from apartment. Water Park at Vera.
Booking notes
Initial enquiry through owners, local agent sends booking form to be completed and returned, 20% deposit on booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. All guests are met by local agent and shown to the property upon arrival in Mojacar. These details are sent at the time of confirmation of booking.
