A non-refundable booking deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. If booking is less than 8 weeks full amount is required. On booking an email will be sent with Terms and Conditions, booking form and directions. Please return completed booking form by email. A refundable deposited of £150 is returned (usually this takes 7-10 days) on checking property and return of keys.
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred change over day. Please speak with owner regarding flexibility of this changeover period.

Accessibility
This property is on the ground level but there are a flight of wooden sleeper steps to the properties and another to the pool area.
Outside
Augusta is set in lovely communal gardens. To the front of the property there is a long grassed area which is quite private and nice to sit or have a game of bat and ball.
Coast/Beach
The coast line stretches for 20km. 10 minutes drive to Denia's sandy beaches or to the South Les Rotes with its rocky coves and rock pools. Great for crabbing and rock pooling. Javea 6km - sandy L'Arenal, shallow waters. Moraira, Calpe and Altea from 20-40 minutes.
Golf
The La Sella Golf is an 18 hole course with a par of 72 (currently another 9 holes are being constructed) Next to the course is the driving range. Buggy hire is available. Next door to the golf is The 5* Marriott Hotel with gym and spa facilities. Javea, Oliva and Altea golf courses all within 30 minutes drive.
Travel
Valencia and Alicante 1 hours drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Javea 6km. Beaches, shops restaurants, port, old town. Denia 4km. An abundance of shops, restaurants, gourmet restaurants and street-lined cafes.
Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura, Mundomar (Seaworld), Aqualandia (Water park) all 40 minutes by car. Vergel Safari 15 minutes drive. Guadalest 1 hour. Benidorm 45 minutes.
