Villa Migjorn, is set on one level, with a large lounge and patio doors that lead out onto a naya with dining facilities, overlooking the BBQ and swimming pool. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, a further double bedroom, and a twin room, sharing a seperate shower room. Set in its own well stocked gardens. The lounge and all three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The lounge has English TV and a DVD player.

Accessibility
Although the villa is all one one level there are three steps from the naya down to the pool and BBQ area.

Coast/Beach
Albir beach (blue flag) 10 mins drive. Two beaches of Benidorm both blue flag the popular Levente and the quieter Poniente 15 mins drive. La Cala Finistrat also 20 mins. Altea Port and beach 5 mins by car. Calpe by car 20 mins with its two beaches, shopping, harbour etc.

Golf
There is an 18 hole course 5 minutes away between Finestrat and Benidorm with clubhouse, buggy rental, restaurants etc. There is a 9 hole course (Don Cayo) 20 minutes away in Altea and another 18 hole course 30 minutes away in Bonalba near Alicante. 45 minutes away is La Sella 18 hole course near Denia.

Travel
The three closest airports - all with low cost airlines are -Alicante (58km - 45 mins), Murcia (140km - 90 mins), Valencia (150km - 90 mins). The nearest airport is Alicante, approx a 45 min drive.

Distances
La Nucia and Altea 5 mins by car. Benidorm approx 20 mins by car, with its two blue flag beaches. Calpe a 20 min drive with two beaches, port, shopping etc.
