The ground floor is open plan, providing 2 living areas, a cloakroom, dining area and a top of the range American style kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and second living area lead directly onto a patio, pool and outside dining area, these benefit from all day and evening sun whilst the garden provides sun and shade for those very hot days. All 5 bedrooms are on the first floor. 3 Bedrooms have private en suite facilities and 2 bedrooms share an additional bathroom. All have body jet showers and 2 have Jacuzzi baths. There is also a large roof terrace and utility area. Off street parking for several cars. Extra beds, cots etc available by prior request.

Prices are for the property per week in euros/UK pounds.
The price stated is for the villa and up to 10 people, we can accommodate an extra 4 people if necessary. Please add 10% per week per extra person. A small suppliment will apply for bookings of less than 1 week.Electricity is an extra 15 cents per kWh checked when you arrive and when you check out. This will be taken off your deposit. On average 70/100 euros per week. Long term lets available.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day will be Saturday. Departure 10am and arrival after 5pm. If you arrive before you can drop off luggage by prior arrangement but full occupancy of the villa will not be until after 5pm as the cleaners will need to clean the villa.

Notes on accommodation
Hot and cold air conditioning in living areas and 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms on 1st floor. Highly suitable for children as the open plan design and layout of the garden means you can see them easily when you are all on the same level i.e. garden, living area.
Cots and highchairs must be booked prior to arrival.
Accessibility
Good accessibility to all rooms, but all bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the 1st floor and are accessed via the internal staircase.
Outside
The kitchen leads directly onto the patio, pool and outside dining area. The pool was new in 2007 and benefits from all day sun. The garden is ideal for children as it is flat and can be seen from the patio area and benefits from sun and shaded areas for those hot sunny days. There is a gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous lovely sandy beaches along the coast. The nearest being a 3 minute car drive. From this beach you can walk to too many beach bars and restaurants, to mention.
Golf
The villa is within a 5 minute drive from 5 top golf courses. 3 in the direction of Marbella these being Marbella County Club, Santa Clara golf and Rio Real. In the direction of Malaga the nearest are Santa Maria and Cabopino. This villa is ideally situated for golfers as it is only 7 minutes drive into the centre of Marbella and is within easy reach of all the Costa del Sol golf courses.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountains are just over 2 hours drive away and are beautiful in the winter and the summer.
Travel
Nearest airport: Malaga at 50 kilometres.
Nearest beach: Beach at approx 1600 metres.
Nearest motorway: E15/AP7 at 3 kilometres.
Nearest ferry port: Malaga at 60 kilometres.
Nearest railway station: Fuengirola at 20 kilometres.
Car: Highly recommended.
Distances
Marbella centre is approx. 6km and Puerto Banus is approx. a 15 mins drive. Fuengirola is approx. 20 mins drive and Benalmadena approx. 25 mins drive. Gibraltar is about 45 mins away. Tarifa about 1 hour and 15 mins.
Further details
At the bottom of the urbanization, (1 minutes by car) there is a supermarket, restaurants, tennis club, bakery, and newsagent. The centre of Marbella is only a 7 minute drive from the villa and there are many places of interest in and around this area.
Booking notes
A security/damages deposit of 1000 euros or £700 will be required and will be refunded 2 weeks after departure. The cost of any damages and electricity used will be deducted and the balance refunded. A 30% deposit will be required to secure the property and the remaining 70% payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booked less than 8 weeks in advance the full amount will be payable when booking. All monies except the security deposit are non refundable.
