The apartment is one of only eight in the building that was converted from an old chandlery. There is a swimming pool to the rear and a patio area for sunbathing, equipped with sun loungers. The apartment has its own balcony and is furnished for 4 people, it comprises of 1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedding and towels are provided. Just a few minutes walk to the sandy beach of El Portet, which is great for all the family, with restaurants, café, bars, mini-market and a chemist. An ideal location. About 15 mins walk or a few minutes drive into Moraira, formerly a fishing village, there's a marina, many shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and a weekly market.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will try to be as flexible as possible. Guests are asked to arrive after 2pm and must vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure.

Linen and towels are provided within the apartment however guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned between lettings. Beach towel hire and welcome pack can be arranged. |

Coast/Beach
3 minutes walk to the Blue Flag beach of El Portet, 1 of the most attractive beaches in the area. Also a few minutes drive to two other local Blue Flag beaches.
There is also a Marina and Nautical Club within Moraira.
Golf
There are 3 courses within easy reach of the apartment. The, 9-hole, Golf de Ifach golf club is 10 minutes drive away, the view from the clubhouse balcony towards the sea and Ifach rock is one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. 15 minutes away is another 9-hole golf course at Javea, and there is an 18-hole golf course near Denia approx. 30 minutes away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante which is just over an hour's drive away. Valencia airport is a 70 minute drive, while Mercia is an hour and a half away.
Car rental is highly recommended for your stay here.
Distances
Near by towns and tourist attractions include Teulada, Javea, Calpe Rock, Benissa, Jalon Valley. All are approx. 20 minutes drive away.
The theme park of Terra Mitica and Aqualanda water park are 30km away near to Benidorm.
Further details
The shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, deli, supermarkets, marina and town centre are a few minutes drive away (walking distance).
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% confirms your dates, the balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £30 key and breakage deposit is also required. If the booking is cancelled after the full amount has been paid the 25% deposit will not be refundable.
