Holiday apartment in the unspoilt seaside of beautiful El Portet bay, with its clean, sandy, safe Blue Flag beach of Platja del Portet. The private apartment for rent is one of only eight in the building which was converted from an old chandlery and is just minutes walk away from the sea. It is comfortably furnished with its own private balcony to the front. With a swimming pool, shared by just the other owners, patio with sunloungers, barbercue area, roof terrace also with sun beds and great views this makes for an ideal place to relax and get away from it all! There is a local mini market and a chemist, Moraira is within walking distance with its scenic Marina, shops and boutiques and many restaurants with authentic and international cuisine to suit all budgets. The weekly market selling fresh fruit and veg, leather and ceramic goods is always popular and the nearby supermarkets also ensure that all needs are catered for. Sailing, diving and snorkelling can all be found nearby.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will try to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure that the apartment is fully cleaned and inspected, guests are asked to arrive after 2pm and vacate by 10am on the day of departure please.

Living Rooms: Open plan lounge, modern furniture, 2 two seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. MP3/CD/Radio with direct MP3/WMA playback from your USB devices. Library of books. Ceiling fan. Door to small private balcony with extra chairs.

Fresh linen, bath towels and hand towels are included in the rental. Additional changes can be arranged in advance at a weekly cost of £10 per person if required and beach towel hire can also be arranged.

Covered tiled naya outside front door which provides a lovely cool place to rest from the sun. Swimming pool shared by the other apartments with sunbathing poolside patio area complete with table and chairs, sunlongers and sun umbrellas. Child safety gate in place Communal barbecue area. Roof terrace with sunloungers, for catching the last rays of sunshine. Great views of the bay and surrounding area. Washing lines to dry your clothes.Small car park to the side of the apartments or parking adjacent to the apartment front.

Coast/Beach
3 minutes walk to Platja del Portet, a Blue flag beach with golden sand.
Platja de l'Ampolla in Moraira, a Blue flag beach, about 5 minutes by car, this is a much larger beach with playing facilities for children. There a several beaches within driving distance of El Portet offering a variety of activities.

Golf
There are 3 courses within easy reach of the apartment. The, 9-hole, Golf de Ifach golf club is 10 minutes drive away, the view from the clubhouse balcony towards the sea and Ifach rock is one of the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca. 15 minutes away is another 9-hole golf course at Javea, and there is an 18-hole golf course near Denia approx. 30 minutes away.

Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante 95km away which is just over an hour's drive away. Valencia airport 105km away is about 70 minute drive. Car rental is highly recommended for your stay here.

Distances
Near by towns include Teulada, Javea, Calpe Benissa, Jalon Valley. All are approx. 20 minutes drive away and have local markets selling their own grown produce.
Terra Mitica theme park with rollercoasters and waterrides and Aqualandia waterbased theme park are about 30km away.
Les Fonts de L'algar, at Callosa den Sarria, a natural beauty spot where natural water falls in a large pool and visitors can have a fantastic swim is also about a 20 minute drive away.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% confirms your dates, the balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation charges apply. A £150 key/breakage deposit is also taken at the time of booking and is refundable to you within 14 days of your departure providing no damage or breakages have occured. Non smokers please.
