Casa Chris sits in a small quite location with its own private pool gate secured for child protection, built-in BBQ outside shower, 4m umbrella to shade you from the hot sun, if required. There are sunbeds and an alfresco dining area. It is only a few mins walk to the shops, restaurants and bars.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Sat to Sat but we can be flexible at times. You can enter the villa at 4pm and must leave by 10am. We can also be flexible with these times when possible. 50 euros for change of linen and towels.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has double bed. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds. There is a bed settee in the lounge. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to bedroom 1 with sink and wc and a pod shower with air-con and radio built-in. Bathroom 2 has a shower and hand basin and wc. |
| Kitchen: | There is a new, fully fitted kitchen with cooker and hood hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | XL lounge diner has Satellite TV, DVD and air-con with an 8 seater dining table and chairs, 3x settees, one of which is a double sofa bed. |
| Other: | The kitchen and breakfast room has a log fire and a reading area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
1 set of linen per person, consists of bedding, hand towel, bath towel and pool towel per stay. Change of bedding can be arranged. |

Coast/Beach
You can walk or drive to the many local beach coves which are about 2km from the villa and 4km away there is a long golden beach that you can drive down to and have a picnic.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses within 20 mins drive from the villa.
Travel
Reus is the nearest airport which is approx 28km from the villa or Barcelona which is 100km. We can provide taxis to and from airports on request.
Distances
You can walk to the top of the ave to the shops, bars and restaurants or nip 5km to L`Ametlla De Mar, our local Spanish town with its market and fishing port where you can buy fresh fish to put on you BBQ the same day.

Ametlla has all the local amenities, takeaways, bars, shops, tapas, supermarkets, banks etc.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required with your confirmation of your booking and balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure to holiday. A refundable security deposit would be required of £200. This deposit will be refunded in full subject to the villa and its contents being returned to the property owner in the same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.
