There is a large terrace on the lower level with alfresco dining area. There is a large nao dining area to the side of the villa. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and lounge diner and off road parking.

Changeover days are Saturdays but can be flexible on request. Arrival time 4pm, vacate villa by 10am . We will also try to be flexible.

Living Rooms: XL lounge diner with French windows leading out to large patio area and terraced pool area. The lounge has Sky TV, DVD and air-con.

Villa Maria has its own private secluded 11m swimming pool with patio area umbrellas sunbeds table and chairs all set on a raised terrace area overlooking the mountains. The lower level patio area has a BBQ and alfresco dining set with swing bed and 4m square umbrella. There is also a nao porch with table and chairs for dining under shade next to the grape vines and a porch at the front of the villa too.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 2km from the villa. There are several small secluded beaches within a short walk or drive from the villa.

Golf
There are 2 golf courses within driving distance of 20 mins, one of which is exclusive.

Travel
Reus is the nearest airport which is approx 28km from the villa or Barcelona which is 100km. We can provide taxis to and from airports on request.

Distances
The shops, bars and restaurants are at the top of the road. The local Spanish town is 5km away, Saloo and Porta Avatura park is 30km away.

Further details
Les Tres Cales is a small quiet village with secluded beaches and mountain and sea close to hand. The Spanish town is a min or 2 away with beach bars and tapas bars local squares where the villagers meet for a drink and chat and play cards under the palm trees, There are shops and a beautiful harbour where the catch of the day can be bought and put on the BBQ with a glass or 2 of wine.

Booking notes
We require a 25% deposit with your booking and balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 damage deposit, refundable if no damage.
