The kitchen has everything you can think of, dishwasher, washer, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, hob with extractor fan, toaster, kettle, blender, mixer, juicer, coffee machine, pots pans crokery and cutlery. Iron and ironing board are also provided. |

The open living area has 2 sofas, TV with video and DVD, portable CD player. There is a log burner for the colder months. There is a glass dining table with 6 chairs. |

Accessibility
The house is all on one level. There is one small step up to the patio and down to the pool patio.
Outside
Outside is the place to be, there is a BBQ area, outside table with 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and 2 recliner chairs. The pool and outside areas are very private. The pool is 8x4m it has gradual steps at the shallow end and metal steps at the deep end.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are in Valencia or Alicante which is about an hours drive. Benidorm is 1 hour and 30 mins away.
Golf
Putting green 30 mins away.
Travel
1 hour from Valencia airport. 1 hour from alicante airport
1.5 hours from Murcia airport. You will need to hire a car to get to the villa and get around.
Distances
Ayora village is only a 10 min stroll from the villa or 2 mins in the car. Nearby Almansa town is 10 mins in the car and has an impressive castle you can visit and more choice of shops.
Further details
The valley of villages consist of Confrentes, Teresa de Confrentes, Jalance, Jarafuel and Ayora which is the largest with 5,500 inhabitants.
You enter Ayora through small cornfields and tall crops of maize and the first thing you see is the castle keeping a watchful eye over the small low level town. The main square in Ayora has bars and restaurants and come 9pm the locals come out and the atmosphere is electric!
There is everything you need here - supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants, market on Mondays.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, and full payment is required 8 weeks before your holiday. A £250 deposit for breakages is also required which will be refunded in full on return of the keys and no damage. Full terms on my website.

We have had a great week here relaxing by the pool. It has been hot all week and we really don’t want to go home.
This is the first time we have used Derek and Tony’s villa. It looked lovely on the pictures and we weren’t disappointed when we opened the gates and saw the garden and pool never mind when we saw inside the villa.
