The property is easily found off the main road into Moraira(that means no driving around those endless, twisting Spanish streets!) with parking facility at your back door.

Alicanti airport about 50mins South, or Valancia airport North about 1hr 10mins.

Other facilities include 3 large golf courses, tennis, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse riding, go-kart racing tracks for both adults and children, however, if these facilities are not of interest the area has a lot more to offer with its history, spectacular landscapes, hillside villages and local markets etc.
Eating out is a must with cafes and restaurants in Moraira and the surrounding areas all offering a wonderful range of food, from regional variations of Spanish to dishes from around the world. Alternatively there are well-stocked supermarkets providing everything one could need.
