This light and airy villa, which is built on 1 level, has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge/diner. It has a spacious terrace comprising 6m x 3m private kidney shaped swimming pool with shower and covered naya with retractable sun awning. Outside there is also a covered carport which is extremely useful in the height of the summer. The villa is set in an attractive established garden with many native plants.

Changeover day
Holidays are normally expected to run from Saturday to Saturday. However, we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. We would ask that you arrive after 4pm and vacate the villa by 11am on departure day.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge/diner has two sofas, dining room table with chairs and a large side board. It is equipped with TV with 20 English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channels 4 and 5, dvd player with selection of DVDs, CD stereo system and Playstation 2. |
| Other: | The pool pump room houses an extra fridge freezer should you require more space. There is a barbecue which is also stored here and is available for use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided and a weekly linen change is included. Pool towels are available on request for a small extra charge. |

Accessibility
Although this villa is on one level there are 4 steps down to the front door from the road.
Outside
The terrace has a 6m x 3m private swimming pool with pretty dolphin motif. There are steps into the pool at the shallow end with a deep end of approximately 2m. There is a patio table with chairs for that all important al fresco dining and several sunbeds. Attractive established gardens surround the property. A retractable sun awning folds out over the terrace area for some essential shade in the height of summer.
Coast/Beach
There is a beach situated on Cumbre del Sol which is approximately 2 minutes drive from this villa. The sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are only 10 minutes drive away and there are also fabulous beaches to be found at Javea (approximately 20 minutes drive), Denia (30 minutes drive) and Benidorm (30 minutes drive).
Golf
There are many stunning golf courses within easy reach of this villa - Javea, which is a beautiful established old style golf course and La Sella (near Denia) which has recently hosted a women's professional golf tournament. There are also two excellent courses in Benidorm and a host of others. We should be delighted to give you more details should you require this and tee times can be arranged with prior notice.
Travel
The villa is approximately 1 hour's drive on the coastal A-7 motorway from either Valencia or Alicante Airports. We would suggest that you hire a car and can recommend an excellent company which arranges collection and drop off from either of these airports.
Distances
The picturesque town of Moraira with its beautiful beach and marina and many excellent bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes drive away. Benidorm, which is home for the Costa Blanca's best attractions for children and adults alike - Terra Mitica (a theme park with spectacular roller coasters) and Aqualandia with its many pools and slides is only 30 mins drive. The beautiful old town of Denia is also only 30 mins away with fantastic shops, restaurants and bars.
Further details
A short distance walk from the villa is the Los Lirios commercial centre which has an excellent Chinese restaurant, a couple of very good bars/cafes, a bank, hairdressers and beauty salon. There is also a children's play area here. There are numerous supermarkets all within ten minutes drive stocking a wide range of products including many English ranges. Close by there is the opportunity to try out go karting, horse riding, tennis or play a round of crazy golf if the larger courses do not appeal to you. In the height of summer Moraira offers amazing jet skiing excursions. In Denia it is possible to join a glass bottom boat trip with the chance to see the fantastic marine life of the Costa Blanca coast.
Booking notes
If you are interested in making a booking we would ask that you contact us on the contact number given or by email. With confirmation of the booking we will require a 25% deposit. The balance, plus a £100 breakages deposit, will be required 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If your booking is less than eight weeks prior to your holiday, we will require full payment on booking. Full details of how to reach the villa and the keys will be sent to you 2 weeks before your arrival.
