It is in lovely surroundings and is in a convenient location for both holiday and property searching and provides excellent all year round accommodation and facilities for up to 4+ persons. With many amenities nearby or within a short drive you will find plenty to occupy yourselves if you can tear yourself away from the private saltwater pool. The apartment has direct access to the pool. The owners live in the apartment above and, if necessary are available to help with any problems whilst fully respecting the privacy of guests at all times.

Bedlinen and towels are provided free of charge along with towels to use on the sunbeds around the saltwater pool. The bedlinen and towels are changed weekly. |

Access to the 10m x 5m saltwater pool is via Roman steps. poolside terraces has lighting for extra night time ambiance. Surrounding the pool are various tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

Coast/Beach
It is 1.5km to the sea front and there are excellent sandy beaches at Moraira and Calpe.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses within easy reach. The nearest being 10 mins drive away.
Travel
A car is essential to make the most of your holiday, particularly if you would like to explore some of the wonderful inland typical Spanish villages with there abundance of fruit, almond and olive orchards and vineyards.
Alicante airport is approx 1 hours and Valencia is approx 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

The location provides for a variety of interests whether you want a quiet relaxing break or an active sightseeing holiday you will not be disappointed.

The area is served by ample supermarkets the nearest being 5 mins drive away. Ample bars and restaurants can be found in the area which is also served with a very good choice of shops.
