The pool and garden are completely secluded from all surrounding properties providing a very private and secure area. There is a garage and parking space for 2 cars within the property. The whole house benefits from a recent refurbishment which includes the kitchen and the appliances and new air conditioning units in bedrooms and living room/kitchen. There is cable TV and a home cinema system with 5.1 surround sound. There are electric security gates with intercom at the front of the villa and Tosalet benefits from its own private 24-hour security patrols. This is a beautiful villa in a very quiet secluded cul-du-sac and is ideal for a family with young children.

Changeover day
Changeover day during peak season in August is Saturday. Guests are required to leave by noon and new arrivals after 3pm.

Accessibility
The property is on a flat plot and there are only 3 steps to the bedrooms.
Outside
There is an outdoor BBQ area, which overlooks the pool, featuring a gas hob. There are 6 sunloungers with cushions and garden table and chairs for eating al-fresco. The pool is rectangular shape 10m by 5m. (The poolman visits twice a week.) There are lots of inflatable toys for the kids. The whole garden is enclosed and secluded so you can let the kids run around freely without worries. The garden surrounds 3 sides of the house with lawn and plants.
Coast/Beach
Arenal beach is less than 5 mins drive by car with its beach playground for the kids and dozens of restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. There is also a funfair nearby. Javea old town has great weekend markets as well as 3 large supermarkets. The port of Javea is close by and also has dozens of bars and restaurants. Granadella beach is nearby. Its a beautiful drive to get there too.
Golf
Javea golf course is 9 holes and is 10 minutes away. La Sella golf course in Jesus Pobre is 15 minutes away and is attached to a luxurious Marriott hotel. There are approximately another seven or eight 18-hole courses within 40 mins drive.
Travel
Alicante airport approx 90 km
Valencia airport approx 95 km
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Denia with its bustling shopping area and bars and restaurants is about 20 mins drive over the beautiful mountain of Montgo. Its worth going just for the drive over Montgo.
Moraira is a quiet beach village about 10 mins away.
Calpe is a bit larger and busier and takes about 20 mins in the car.
Altea is another very Spanish town further along the coast and takes about 25 mins.
Benidorm is 30 mins away (and a whole world away!!)
