This light and airy villa located in a quiet area just 5-8 minutes stroll to the centre and 12 minutes to the beach is the perfect place to spend your holidays either with the family or a group of friends. The villa spread over three floors has been decorated by its artist owner with many original and charming features from garden landscaping to textiles, prints and furniture. The spacious living area with a wall of glass sliding doors opens onto a small private garden and terraces, ideal for dining al fresco. Most of the four bedrooms also have their own private terraces, some with exceptional sea views. There are two twin rooms, one double with en suite bathroom and a large boudoir at the top of the house with three large terraces. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and there are two bathrooms and a separate WC. Because of its position on a slight hill the villa stays cool through the hotter summer months with the sea breeze. The TV has a wide range of UK channels.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is light and airy with many large windows and terraces. As it is situated in a fairly secluded area on a slight hill unlike the town centre it remains very cool in the summer months with the sea breeze making air conditioning not necessary. There are however fans for the bedrooms should you need them although all bedrooms have terraces and these doors can be left open safely at night.

About the owner
This my second home, (I also live in London), it is used all year round by myself and my family and grandchildren but we rent it during the summer months only.
We like it here as the location is perfect, close enough to the centre of Sitges to walk and be part of the action but a quiet neighbourhood to ensure a good nights sleep! Its a perfect spacious family home, we are very well equipped to suit all ages.
The artwork on the walls is my generally my own, its a very light and airy house which inspires my work.

I love Sitges, it has something for everyone, plus some great beaches, restaurants and bars.
Easy to walk into centre of town, quiet neighbourhood, local shops and spa and swimming pool very nearby.
