Bedroom 3 - Double bed with en suite shower room. This is a very large room and can easliy accommodate a cot or additional single bed.
Bathrooms: En suite bathroom with Power Shower off bedroom 3.
Family bathroom with bath/shower.
Separate wc.
Kitchen: Kitchen has excellent facilities including cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, George Foreman, slow cooker, electric wok and is fully equipped with all you would ever need.
Utility Room: There is a new washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an airer for outside drying.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining room is a lovely room with access to the front terrace which has a conservatory suite, outside fridge and stunning mountain views. The lounge offers full leather suite, 42" plasma TV, DVD player, basic Sky TV, air con and fan lights.
Other: The dining area accommodates 6 comfortably and there is also a breakfast bar area. Outside dining is available with a large table and chairs. There are 6 sun loungers available in the front garden and upper terrace. A BBQ is also available.

Linen and Towels are included in the rental. It can be arranged for mid-holiday clean/linen change. Welcome packs and car hire can also be arranged.

The house has air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom 1. The lounge/dining room, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 have fan lights. There are also extra fans in the property. There is a travel cot and sheet. The house has a childrens slide and toys for the garden and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is a 2 minute walk from the house and is for sole use by residents. The house has been a family home and provides much more than your basic holiday home.

The sun terrace looks over stunning views and receives afternoon sun. There is a very comfortable conservatory suite here and an outside drinks fridge. The upper sun terrace has 2 sun loungers and attracts afternoon sun.

Coast/Beach
The warm sands of El Campello beach are only 6km away where you will find mile after mile of glorious sand. It also has a Marina where some water sports are available. Other beaches nearby include San Juan, Muchavista Playa and within a short drive their are many small coves that can be explored. The City Beach of Alicante is well worth a visit.

Golf
The lovely "Bonalba Golf and Spa Resort" is situated 5 minutes drive away. It has an 18 hole golf course and beautiful Club House. It also has a Large outdoor swimming pool situated in a tropical garden. The pool has an indoor swimming area and is warm all year round. There is a Gym, sauna, jacuzzis, spas and treatments available.

Travel
Alicante Airport is only 20 minutes drive away. It is recommended that you hire a car to enable you to truly appreciate all that is around. We recommend Economy car hire.

Distances
El Campello Town is only 5km away. Alicante City 20 min drive. Benidorm 20 min drive. Terra Mitica / Aqualandia / Benidorm Palace / Mundamar all within 25 min drive.
The Caves of Canelobre are a 5 min drive from the house.
From El Campello a regular tram service runs to Alicante and Benidorm.

Short walk to all village amenities which include bars, restaurants, shops, banks, doctors, pharmacy and community sports facilities, including tennis courts, 25m swimming pool, football pitch and childrens play park.
Golf Clubs and Mountain Bikes are available from the house on request.

Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking.
Balance payable 4 weeks before departure to include a £100 refundable security deposit providing there is no damage and the keys are returned.
There is also a €50 end clean fee. This must be paid when collecting the keys.

Totally stunning property with unbelievable view. Busot, and all its amenities provide for a fantastic holiday location. This is more than a holiday home, it is like home. This property is extremely well equipped.
