Our beautiful house is in an unspoilt area of Spain’s Costa Tropical with one of the best climates in Europe. The house is on an exclusive urbanisation that stands high on a mountain peak with the most spectacular views both over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains and along the rugged coast line towards the towns of Salobrena, Motril. The urbanisation benefits from two amazing swimming pools, one being a breathtaking panoramic infinity pool with a lifeguard at all times and the second being slightly smaller surrounded by exotic plants and just a stone throw from the house. The grounds of Fuentes are landscaped with trees, fountains and waterfalls, protected by 24 hour security guard for your own peace of mind.

Flexible but weekends preferable.

Outside
The residents have access to two shared swimming pools. The large infinity pool with lifeguard and the panoramic pool is just 100 yards away. The complex is set in beautiful lush tropical gardens that have been kept to a high standard. Private underground car parking is provided.
Coast/Beach
The Costa Tropical has approx 19km of coast with about 25 different beaches and beautiful coves with plenty of Spanish restaurants to choose from.
Golf
The Costa Tropical is known for its highly rated golf courses with a excellent new golf course in Motril, about 15 mins drive away plus other golf courses with in about 20 mins drive.
Skiing
You can enjoy the fabulous ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only a short drive. Nestled in the mountains this beautiful Swiss style village offers a wide range of activities from Nov-April and is well worth a visit during the summer months.
Travel
There are 2 airports Malaga or Granada and are both in easy reach by car.
Distances
Almunecar town is a short 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk away with plenty of nightlife, beaches, restaurants, tapas bars to choose from. The popular town of Nerja is just a 20 min drive away and the Alhambra Palace is approx 1 hour drive but is a must see and becomes very busy so book early.
Further details
There are a variety of supermarkets to choose from if you prefer to eat in (don’t forget siesta 2pm-5pm during this time most shops close).
Almunecar has a Bird Park a Aqua Park and a stunning castle, the town also benefits from a dive school and a paragliding centre.
The nearby caves of Nerja a must see and are only a short drive, the attractive Andalucian white washed village of Frigiliana is just a short drive and well worth a visit. Fuentes offers a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

We require a 25% booking fee non refundable. The balance 8 weeks before arrival. If booked within the 8 weeks full amount is required. We also require a £200 refundable deposit against breakages.
