There is a pleasant communal swimming pool and baby splash pool set in lawned gardens with sun loungers for guest use plus a bar/restaurant. The house is air conditioned with balconies off the lounge and bedroom with views to the sea.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and includes preparation of property before arrival, cleaning on departure and towels and linen for period of stay. Price excludes beach towels. £100 deposit secures booking balance payable 6 weeks before arrival plus a £100 returnable bond which will be returned after checking property on departure.
Changeover day
Prefer Saturday but will consider other days on application.

Notes on accommodation
Car hire would be advisable. Also, there is a frequent bus service to town.
Taxi service to town is not expensive between 6 - 8 euros.
Accessibility
There are a number of steps leading to the property that a severely disabled person may find difficult.
Outside
The property is set in beautiful gardens and has a communal swimming pool with a baby splash pool adjacent. The pool is open from Easter to October. There are sun loungers available for guest use and a bar/restaurant adjacent to the pool. Both balconies of the property have patio furniture for relaxing/dining and the upper balcony has a retractable sun awning.
Coast/Beach
Nerja is surrounded by a number of famous beaches. The nearest is Playazo beach with is approximately a 5 minute walk from the property. There are sun loungers on the beach with parasols, if required or you can just sit wherever you like. There are also a number of children's play areas and adult's exercise areas along this beach together with a number of local beach bars and restaurants offering excellent paella, sardines and of course sangria!
Golf
There are a number of golf courses available within 15 minutes from the property. Baviera being the nearest. Anoreta (Rincon de la Vicotira) is about 25 minutes and Malaga golf courses approximately 1 hour drive.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is 2 hour drive from Nerja. Ski in the morning and bathe in the sea in the afternoon.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport, approximately a 45 minute drive. Taxi transfer is approximately 65 euros each way . Granada airport is approximately 60 minutes drive. There is also get a bus from the Malaga airport to Malaga Bus station and another bus to Nerja.
Distances
Frigliana is 10 minutes drive , beautiful white washed village with quaint shops and lovely views.
Hypermarket (El Ingenio) 15 mins drive with other designer shops, boutiques, cinemas etc.
Caves of Nerja in Maro 5 minutes drive.
Malaga is 55 km away.
Granada is 100 km away.
Seville is 240 km. away.
Cordoba is 250 km. away
Further details
There are 9 km of beaches, including the internationally famous Burriana Beach that has once again been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union for its clean beach.
Nerja used to be described as the Costa del Sol’s best-kept secret but there’s an alley off the Balcon between the hotel and the church, which leads to Nerja’s best-kept secret, Playa El Salon that many regular visitors to the town never find. Further west are Playa La Torrecilla and Playa El Playazo, both of which can be reached down Avda Castilla Pérez, one of Nerja’s busiest streets.
A place still exists on the Costa del Sol, which lies between small coves untouched by development and surrounded by impressive mountain scenery. Much of Nerja’s charm comes from its narrow winding streets and white washed buildings. You can enjoy yourself to the full all year round with its warm climate and take advantage of the relaxed way of life.
Booking notes
We require 50% deposit within 7 working days of confirmation of the reservation and the balance on arrival. Unfortunately should we not receive your deposit within 7 working days we shall automatically cancel your reservation. There is also a returnable deposit of £100 which will be required with the balance payment 6 weeks before departure. This deposit will be refunded following confirmation from our agents, that no loss or damage was caused to the property or its contents.
