Casa Ana is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom pueblo with a pretty terrace and walled garden, close to pools, restaurant and well stocked mini supermarket. El Capistrano Village is built in typical Andalucian style set amongst beautiful gardens and traffic free walkways. Cypress, olive and palm trees and tropical plants abound. There is a mixture of apartment, villa and pueblo accommodation and many of the homes are lived in all year round. Nerja Town is a 20 minutes flat walk and the main Burriana beach is 5 minutes by car.

Casa Ana is booked from November 2008 to March 2009 - therefore available in 2009 from April onwards.
Changeover day
Usually Saturday, but occasionally other start days are possible, please ask.

The second large bedroom has sleeping for up to 4 adults and there are also 2 sofa beds in the lounge, giving a variety of sleeping options for up to 6 people to suit your own particular needs.

Accessibility
There are several steps from front gate to terrace, but Casa Ana is on one level inside.
Outside
Small walled garden and large terrace with doors from main bedroom and lounge. 2 sun loungers and outside table and chairs for alfresco eating.
Car parking is in the road at the back of Casa Ana.
Coast/Beach
Nerja has a total of 6 beaches within its boundaries. The biggest and nearest to Casa Ana is Burriana Beach approx 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute downhill walk. The beach is also served by the local bus which passes through El Capistrano Village. There are water sports, beach cafes, sun beds and umbrellas and showers and toilets.
Golf
Baveira Golf - 15 minutes by car - 18 holes par 71.
Anoreta Golf - 35 minutes by car - 18 holes par 71.
Los Moriscos Golf - 40 minutes by car - 2 x 9 holes par 70.
Other championship courses to the west of Malaga.
Skiing
Sol y Neive ski resort is 2 hours by car.
Travel
Nerja is an easy 60 km drive from Malaga Airport which takes about 45 minutes along the new autovia. It is also possible to take the bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via Malaga Town which costs approximately 4 euros single. Cheap flights also land at Granada airport - approximately 2 hours drive.
Distances
Nerja is an ideal base for touring. Granada and its famous Alhambra Palace is a spectacular 2 hour drive into the mountains; the tiny Moorish village of Frigiliana is 7 kms inland and Gibraltar is an easy day excursion. Nerja’s famous limestone caves are just 5 minutes by car.
Further details
Nerja lies to the east of the Costa del Sol in the very south of Spain. Here miles of beaches are surrounded by the spectacular Almijara Mountains and the climate is one of the most equable in Europe - rarely too hot in the summer and mild throughout the winter. The town, originally a fishing village, has kept its genuine Spanish charm with twisting narrow streets and white buildings. The focal point is the Balcon de Europa - a promenade jutting out into the Mediterranean, giving panoramic views of the coastline to the east and west. There are numerous small shops and restaurants and a weekly street market is held every Tuesday throughout the year.
At the entrance to El Capistrano Village is the Tennis Club where courts and lessons can be booked. Just past the Tennis club is a large 'SuperSol' supermarket and a new indoor swimming pool (useful in the wintertime!). There is a fitness centre approximately 10 minutes walk towards the town.
