Bookings are Saturday to Saturday during July, August and September.

Coast/Beach
It is only 270 metres to El Portet beach. This particular beach is regarded as one of the prettiest on the Costa Blanca. It is Blue Flag and has a sandy beach gently sloping into the translucent blue waters. Relaxing beachside cafes awaiting your pleasure.

Golf within 15 minutes drive.
Travel
Alicante airport approx. 1 hour drive.
Valencia airport approx. 1hour 15 minutes drive.
Distances
There is a small provisions store only 300 metres from the villa and a delightful restaurant/bar 50 metres further.
The walk into the centre of Moraira takes 15 minutes and it is wonderful as you safely walk along the coastal road with uninterrupted views of the bay, the shimmering Mediterranean and the stunning marina.
Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A £250 deposit to cover damage or breakages is also required when paying the balance. Subject to inspection this will be refunded on departure day.
