Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room equipped with air-conditioning/heater, Sky television, DVD, CD player and PS2 PlayStation (Guests are required to bring own games). Dining area with table and six chairs. Patio doors to breakfast balcony equipped with table and chairs.

Property fully equipped with sheets, quilts, pillows, blankets towels are supplied. Guests are to supply own beach towels. On departure 65 euros is to be paid to the representative for the cleaning of the property. This is in addition to the rental fee.

Coast/Beach
La Zenia beach is a short (5 minute) drive and is recognised as a European clean water, blue flag beach. This area is well known for having 94 of these 'blue flag' beaches, many of these being located around La Zenia. These beaches boast soft golden sands and gently shelving coastlines - which provide safe bathing for adults and children alike. Most beaches enjoy the facility of 'beach bars' which provide hot/cold food and refreshments.

Golf
Ten Golf courses within 20 minutes of this property. Villamartin Golf Course is of 'championship quality' and was the venue for the 1994 Mediterranean Open Championship. Within a very short drive you will find a number of high quality and testing Golf courses. These include - Campoamor, Las Rambles and La Finca. Each of these courses will both impress and challenge your golf skills and patience. Slightly further (15 minutes) you will find the new courses of La Serena and Roda which are courses set to test all standards.

Travel
This modern well equipped property is easily accessible from Alicante Airport (30 minutes) or Murcia Airport (15 minutes) which are both well served by low cost airlines.

Distances
La Zenia with shops/bars/restaurants are a 3 minute drive with the larger town of Torrevieja offering more cosmopolitan facilities/entertainment being a 10 minute drive away. Benidorm being the capital of the Costa Blanca nightlife is a pleasant hours drive (motorway). The renowned theme parks of 'Terra Mitica' and 'Terra Natural' are found on the approach to Benidorm.

Further details
A large selection of restaurants, supermarkets, retail outlets, banks can be found a short walk (10 mins) at 'Villamartin Plaza. Local post and bus services are also available as are the local 'car hire' and taxi services.

Booking notes
Lets of more or less than 7 or 14 days are acceptable and will be charged on a pro-rata basis. A refundable security deposit of £75 per week is required for all bookings, this will be returned subject to a 'No Damage Report' being made by our representative. All final payments are to be made 6 weeks before travel. Additional information will be provided on receipt of booking enquiries.
