Changeover day
Preferred change over day is Saturday but other periods will be considered.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and all flooring is marble apart from the bathroom and cloakroom which are tiled.
Although access to the gardens is easy, it may be difficult to access the apartment's own patio by wheelchair from the three patio doors inside due to the raised door frame of the patio doors. The alternative would be to leave the patio gate open to the communal gardens and access the patio there from then close the gate afterwards.
Outside
Patio doors from the lounge and both bedrooms lead to a patio with table, 4 chairs and an umbrella plus two lounger chairs and a sunbed. Sub tropical plants adorn the patio.
Coast/Beach
Guardamar beach is 7 miles away which takes 20 minutes by car. Torrevieja is approximately 9 miles away and takes a similar time.
Golf
La Finca golf course is a mile away from the town and its amenities. There are numerous other golf courses in the region.
Travel
Alicante airport is marginally nearer than Murcia airport although both are in the region of 35 minutes from the apartment by car.
Distances
The low rise apartment block is right in the middle of the town. There is a pretty town square nearby with numerous bars and restaurants. There is also a sports complex in the town for the actively minded.
Buses run to Guardamar, and Torrevieja.
Taxis run by English speaking persons for airport pickups and other trips are available if pre booked.
The nearest rail station is approximately 4 miles away where there are frequent trains to Alicante and Murcia. Both town are well worth a visit.
Further details
The town has two banks with cash point machines within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.
There is a butchers, bakers, delicatessens, general stores, English stores, hairdressers, pet shop, show shop, electrical store and indeed plenty of other shops in the town.
Shopping can be prebooked (separate charge) so that this is in the apartment on your arrival.

A 20% deposit is required on booking and the balance no later than four weeks before arrival.
