This brand new 1st floor apartment is situated on a small complex within Islantilla's Campo de Golf. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite and all rooms are fully air conditioned. The balcony leading from the lounge overlooks the swimming pool. There are stairs leading up to a very large roof terrace with sun loungers and barbecue. The property is 5 minutes walk from the Centro Commercial where there is a supermarket, shops and cafes. The beach, restaurants, and shops are 5 mins by car or 20 mins on foot. There is a tennis club nearby and windsurfing is popular on Islantilla beach. Go-karting and a waterpark is close by.

Changeover day
Changeover days during July and August are Saturdays. Other times we are flexible.
Arrival time after 4pm, departure 10am, but we will try and accommodate wherever possible depending on times of departure of the previous guests.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a 3-seater settee and chair. There is a TV, DVD and CD player. Doors opening onto balcony which overlooks the pool. There is a woodburning fire and air conditioning/heating. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included (not beach towels). There is a weekly clean for stays of 2 weeks or more. Welcome pack is provided. Should you want more than the included cleans, this can be arranged direct with the cleaner. |
Notes on accommodation
We feel our property is ideal for families both young and old.
Also, for people who like to play golf, go for long walks, or just simply to relax and chill out on the roof terrace, or around the pool.
Outside
There is a large shared pool, surrounded with grass which is open all year round.
The balcony overlooks the pool and has a table, 4 chairs and an umbrella. There are stairs leading upto a large roof terrace, which has 4 sun loungers and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes by car to the beach or 20 minutes walk.
The beaches in this area of Spain are absolutely stunning! Miles of sandy beaches backed by dunes.
Golf
We are situated on the Islantilla Campo de Golf which has 27 holes. There are plenty of other courses in the area both in Spain and Portugal.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport is approx 1 hours drive.
Seville Airport is approx 1 hour and 20 minutes.
A car is recommended for your stay, and we can give you the name of car hire companies both in Faro and Seville.
Distances
The nearest typically Spanish village is Lepe which is 10 minutes by car.
Ayamonte and Cartaya are 20 minutes away, and Huelva about 30 minutes.
The main city of Seville is 1 hour by car.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required to secure the dates. Payment is needed 8 weeks before departure and we also ask for a £200 refundable cheque for any breakages.

We had a fabulous holiday and enjoyed every minute of our stay at La Hacienda.The weather was great and we were able to use the solarium everyday.It was really interesting looking over the land at the back, and watching the different wildlife, it entertained us throughout the day whilst taking in the sun, luckily we had brought the binoculars!!
